Rob Van Dam
In 2002, The Undertaker became the Undisputed WWE Champion after beating Hulk Hogan at Judgement Day. He had to defend his newly won title on Raw the next night against Mr. Monday Night, Rob Van Dam.
The match was supposed to happen earlier in the night on Raw. However, The Undertaker took it upon himself to attack Van Dam from behind which resulted in the match taking place later that night on Raw.
In disbelief to fans, RVD Irish whipped him into an exposed turnbuckle. RVD hit signature move “Rolling Thunder,” and get the 1-2-3.
Sadly, for RVD, owner Ric Flair came to the ring and pointed out ‘Taker’s foot was on the rope. Flair ordered the match be restarted. After, RVD fell victim to “The Last Ride” Power-bomb and ‘Taker won the title back. For that split second on a technicality, RVD got the pin fall.
