Robert Stone dropped the hammer on Wren Sinclair later during the WWE NXT episode on September 8, 2026. After Sinclair went wild on Kelani Jordan with a kendo stick earlier in the night, the NXT General Manager made it clear there would be consequences.

Sinclair attacked Jordan immediately after the NXT Women’s Champion successfully defended her title against Jaida Parker. She grabbed a kendo stick and kept unloading on Jordan until security rushed in and finally broke up the beatdown.

That attack didn’t go unanswered. Later in the show, Stone confronted Sinclair backstage and suspended her for what she had done to Jordan. Stone did not reveal how long the suspension would last, leaving Sinclair’s immediate NXT future up in the air.

Sinclair wanted to make a statement with her attack, but it came with a price. Now she’s officially off the board for an unspecified amount of time while Jordan is left dealing with the fallout from the ambush.

How long do you think WWE should keep Wren Sinclair suspended after her attack on Kelani Jordan? Let us know in the comments below.
