Reby Hardy is once again dealing with people assuming her social media posts are secretly shots at Matt Hardy, and she’s apparently getting pretty tired of it. This time, she decided to have a little fun with the fans who somehow manage to turn just about anything she says into something about her husband.
Reby posted a video on Instagram responding to a comment that read, “I wish you would stop hating on Matt.” Rather than getting into another serious explanation about her marriage, Reby told people to consider one very simple possibility — maybe everything she posts isn’t actually about their favorite wrestler.
“I said I want you to stop and think that maybe everything posted is not about you or your favorite wrestler. Just consider the possibility.”
Reby wasn’t finished there. In the caption, she joked that she could post something as harmless as saying the sky is blue and still have wrestling fans rushing into her comments wondering how Matt fits into it.

There is some history behind why fans might be watching Reby’s posts so closely. Back in September 2025, she publicly called Matt out after his appearance on Kai Cenat’s stream, where he referred to her as “Rebecca Hardy” when asked where viewers could find her online.
That genuinely bothered Reby because she said “Rebecca Hardy” wasn’t a name she used professionally or personally. She felt Matt had missed a huge opportunity to promote her actual online presence despite how much effort she had put into supporting him and his brand.
More than a year later, Reby apparently doesn’t want every random Instagram post treated like another chapter in that argument. At this point, she seems less interested in convincing the fanboys and more interested in roasting them for apparently believing Matt Hardy is the hidden subject of everything she says.
