Pretty Boy Smooth isn’t just thinking about what he can do inside the wrestling ring. The NWA star already has his eyes on Hollywood too.

During his appearance on Jasmin St. Claire’s Krazy Train podcast, Smooth talked about how wrestling started out as something that helped pull him out of a rough place. At first, it was just something he enjoyed. Then people around him started pointing out that he could actually build something real with it. That is when the acting conversation came up, and Smooth made it clear he already has that door cracked open.

“I really want my life to pan out on like some Batista like like wrestling would be the main thing, but I definitely would love to do more like acting and things like that. Um, I did three independent films that are all currently on Tuby right now, I believe.”

Smooth then broke down some of the work he has already done outside wrestling. One of those projects gave him a chance to share the screen with a couple familiar names from AEW. He also revealed another horror comedy role that helped push him further into the acting world.

“One is called Pack the Vengeance and um, it stars Diamonte and Peter Avalon from AEW in there. We got to do some cool stuff. Um, and then I was part of two comedy comedy horror films. One was called Shingles the Movie, which is a parody of Goosebumps. It’s like a adult version of Goosebumps.”

“And then I’m in a film called Carousel 3 where I have a comedy horrorish role as well. So, I’m really excited. I was excited to do those, but I would love to do more of that going forward.”

That is a pretty clear game plan. Smooth wants wrestling to remain the main focus, but he is not hiding the fact that he sees acting as part of the bigger picture. Batista proved that a big man from wrestling can break out in Hollywood if the right roles line up. Pretty Boy Smooth clearly sees that lane, and now it comes down to whether more opportunities come his way while his NWA run keeps building.
