Penta is heading to Mexico City for the biggest match of his WWE career. He defeated his brother Rey Fenix during the August 31 episode of WWE RAW to earn a World Heavyweight Championship match against Roman Reigns.

The tournament final marked the first time Penta and Fenix faced each other in a televised WWE match. With a title shot hanging in the balance, the brothers held nothing back.

Penta eventually took control by targeting Fenix’s arm and hitting his signature arm-break spot. He followed that with a Mexican Destroyer and covered his younger brother for the three-count. WWE celebrated the match and Penta’s victory immediately afterward.

“PENTA WINS 🔥 A match for the AGES!!!”

Penta did not have long to celebrate. Roman Reigns entered the picture after the match and went face-to-face with his new challenger as RAW went off the air.

The World Heavyweight Championship match will take place on the September 14 episode of RAW in Mexico City. That gives Penta the chance to challenge Reigns for WWE’s top prize in front of his home-country crowd.

The September 14 show will also feature Chad Gable defending the Intercontinental Championship against Dragon Lee. Lee earned the opportunity by defeating Ethan Page after Page’s attempt to expose a turnbuckle backfired, allowing Lee to hit Operation Dragon for the win.

Penta now has the opportunity to defeat Roman Reigns and capture the World Heavyweight Championship in Mexico. Will Penta pull off the biggest victory of his career, or will Reigns shut him down in front of the Mexico City crowd? Leave your feedback in the comments.
