Paige Collett is shutting down speculation that plastic surgery is behind her dramatic body transformation. The JCW and NWA talent says everything people see is natural—and her medical condition prevents her from undergoing cosmetic procedures anyway.

While speaking to Big Vito on The Big Vito Brand, Collett was asked about the attention her body receives online. She explained that social media only presents one version of her and most people do not know everything she endured before reaching this point. Collett revealed that she was once confined to a wheelchair and weighed 300 pounds. After learning how to walk again, she lost 135 pounds and began rebuilding both her body and wrestling career.

“I’m genuinely just Paige. I think people don’t know the real me, and they get lost with social media. The thing is, I’m very much just Paige, a chubby girl from Ohio. I’m not degrading myself. I genuinely am a girl who was in a wheelchair and was 300 pounds. Then, when I learned how to walk again, I lost 135 pounds, and I’m still in the process.”

Collett said her current appearance is the result of naturally losing weight and reshaping her body. She stressed that she did not use injections, medication, cosmetic procedures or weight-loss surgery to make it happen.

“This is all holistic and organic. If anything, I was like this before I got in the wheelchair. I imploded, and now I’m losing the weight and getting back at it—if not getting better and surpassing what I was before I got sick.”

That is when Collett directly addressed people who believe she has undergone plastic surgery. She denied having any work done and explained that her complex regional pain syndrome, commonly known as CRPS, prevents her from having surgery.

“People compliment me and want to know, ‘Have you had plastic surgery?’ It’s like, no. Also, with my disease, with CRPS, I can’t have surgeries. I never had plastic surgery, and I still can’t have plastic surgery even if I wanted it. I don’t shame anyone who does have it. If you want it, that’s awesome—get it. But I personally can’t, and people think I have.”

Collett made it clear that her transformation came without medical shortcuts. While she appreciates people noticing the changes, she wants them to understand the amount of work and adversity behind her appearance.

“I want to remind people that I imploded. I didn’t take any shots, I didn’t take any medicines or have any surgeries to look this way, or weight-loss surgeries or anything like that. I organically molded my body into this, and I’m thankful for the compliments.”

Collett is still working to improve her health while managing CRPS and continuing her wrestling career. However, when it comes to the plastic surgery talk, she has now left no room for confusion: her transformation was natural, and surgery was never part of it.
