WWE is already putting plans in place for NXT Great American Bash 2026, and this year’s event could have a very different feel compared to the 2025 edition.
According to BodySlam.net, WWE currently has NXT Great American Bash scheduled for the final week of July, with the event expected to take place at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida.
This marks a notable shift from last year’s Great American Bash event, which took place on July 12, 2025, from Center Stage in Atlanta, Georgia and featured several major crossover moments involving both WWE NXT and TNA Wrestling talent.
The 2025 show opened with Je’Von Evans defeating Jasper Troy in an underdog-style battle before Sol Ruca retained the NXT Women’s North American Championship against Izzi Dame in a match filled with outside interference involving Tatum Paxley and Zaria.
The card also featured one of the night’s wildest matches when Ethan Page retained the NXT North American Championship against Ricky Saints in a brutal Falls Count Anywhere Match that spilled backstage and involved weapons, tables, and interference from Jasper Troy.
TNA integration played a major role throughout the event as well. Trick Williams, Joe Hendry, and Mike Santana took part in a tense contract signing segment ahead of their TNA World Championship clash at Slammiversary. The segment ended with Trick Williams getting driven through the announce table before DarkState attacked him afterward.
Oba Femi also retained the NXT Championship against Yoshiki Inamura in a physical title match that saw Josh Briggs get involved before Femi ultimately scored the victory with Fall From Grace.
The main event saw Jordynne Grace and Blake Monroe defeat Fatal Influence members Jacy Jayne and Fallon Henley. Masha Slamovich got involved late in the match, while Monroe picked up the pinfall victory in one of her biggest NXT appearances at the time.
As of now, WWE has not officially announced the 2026 Great American Bash event publicly, and no matches or ticket information have been revealed. Still, the reported plan to hold the show at the WWE Performance Center suggests WWE may be scaling the event back to a more intimate setting this year after previously running Center Stage in Atlanta.
