Jacob Fatu apparently gets so fired up during promos at The Dungeon that Natalya can’t always post them as they are. When she shares footage of his work, she says there’s one problem she regularly has to deal with: Fatu loves to cuss.

While speaking with Adrian Hernandez, Natalya brought this up while explaining why Fatu is her favorite student to have trained at The Dungeon. She said he originally came there because he wanted to improve and earn his place in WWE, but his role eventually grew beyond simply working on himself.

Fatu started helping the other wrestlers around him with their promos, selling and different spots. When Natalya got to the subject of his own promos, she admitted they sometimes require a little extra work before they can make it online. Natalya confirmed that it comes down to how Fatu speaks once he gets emotionally invested in what he is doing.

“Jacob’s promos, I have to put music over them when I post them because…I censor them because he’s just like, he just feels it from his heart. He cusses, so I have to put music over him and censor him.”

That wasn’t a complaint about Fatu’s promo work. It was almost the opposite. Natalya sees that unfiltered intensity as part of what makes him special because what comes out of his mouth feels like it is actually coming from him rather than something he is simply performing.

“He’s everything that I love about pro wrestling, and he’s everything I want our students to be at the Dungeon.”

Fatu clearly became much more than another wrestler passing through The Dungeon for Natalya. After watching him arrive wanting to improve himself and eventually start helping everyone around him, she now considers him family.

“I love Jacob. I love him. He’s like a brother to me.”

Fatu may force Natalya to reach for the censor button whenever she wants to share one of his promos, but that seems to be part of why she enjoys watching him work in the first place. The words might need covering up, but the emotion behind them apparently doesn’t.

What do you think about Natalya’s praise for Jacob Fatu and his uncensored promo style at The Dungeon? Let us know in the comments.
