Momo Watanabe is coming back, and she made sure everyone heard her loud and clear.
During STARDOM’s event at Korakuen Hall on June 14, Watanabe grabbed the microphone and announced that she will be making her in-ring return. An exact comeback date was not revealed, but Momo made it clear that she believes STARDOM has been missing something without her. Watanabe told the crowd that the ring has been boring in her absence before confirming that she is ready to return.
“Sorry to keep you waiting, you pieces of shit! Got it, got it, got it. This ring without me has been boring, hasn’t it? That’s right, isn’t it? If something’s felt like it was missing, it’s because ‘Momo Watanabe’ was missing!…So, I’m making my comeback!”
Momo also teased that there is someone she needs to address now that she is back, though she made it clear she is not exactly worried about anyone else on the roster.
“While I was away, it looks like a lot of stuff went down. There’s someone I need to go say hello to, right? Well, I don’t give a damn about anyone like that though.”
She closed things out by promising to make STARDOM interesting again.
“Starting today, I’m gonna make this ring and STARDOM interesting again… so look forward to it, you pieces of shit.”
Momo Watanabe’s return gives STARDOM another major name back in the mix, and she clearly has no plans to come back quietly. Now fans will have to wait and see when her first match back is officially announced.
