The Miz already has a stacked WrestleMania 42 schedule, but he just added something fans probably didn’t see coming — officiating five weddings in Las Vegas during the big weekend.

While speaking during a conversation on Throwbacks with Matt Leinart & Jerry Ferrara, The Miz shared how the opportunity came together and why he didn’t hesitate when he was asked to take part. He explained that the idea came from ESPN, which wanted to create something special for fans tying the knot during WrestleMania weekend.

“They asked me… ESPN said they want to do something special for WrestleMania and a lot of fans want to be married at WrestleMania… and they thought it was cool if they could have a Superstar officiate it. And they asked me and I said absolutely… to be able to officiate a wedding, let alone five in one day, is going to be pretty incredible.”

Miz made it clear that he understands how big of a moment this will be for the couples involved. He said weddings are something people plan for their entire lives, and he wants to make sure the experience feels special.

At the same time, he admitted he’s still figuring out exactly how he’ll present himself during the ceremonies, since some couples might want a traditional wedding while others may want the full Miz experience.

“The hard part is like, do they want Mike or do they want The Miz? Like, do they want me in a nice suit or do they want me in like Miz wrestling gear with sunglasses on, a headband, my ring attire?”

WrestleMania weekend is already known for wild fan experiences, and having The Miz officiate five weddings in one day adds another unique twist to the celebration. Between hosting duties and appearances across the weekend, Miz is staying busy even without a confirmed match.

Do you think having The Miz officiate weddings during WrestleMania weekend is a cool idea, or would you rather see him focused only on wrestling? Drop your thoughts in the comments and let us know.
