Bryan Alvarez mentioned on Wrestling Observer Live that The Miz & Maryse’s pregnancy announcement was kept quiet from peers within WWE. Alvarez said only four or five individuals knew about the announcement ahead of time.
Talent and most of the staff found out as they made the announcement live in the ring as they didn’t want the word to leak before they announced it themselves.
