Matt Hardy may have lost the TNA World Tag Team Titles in the main event of TNA Lockdown 2026, but the night clearly wasn’t over when the cameras stopped rolling. Hardy took to Twitter afterward and showed off a massive line of fans still waiting for autographs more than two hours after the pay-per-view ended.
Hardy shared video of the crowd packed into the signing area and made it clear he and Jeff Hardy had already been grinding through autographs for a long time — with plenty of people still left.
“After main eventing #TNALockdown, we’ve been furiously signing for well over 2 hours.. And this is the line that still remains. From some reason, the person recording the video didn’t even go to the end of it 🤦🏻♂️”
That means the line shown in Hardy’s video wasn’t even the full thing. The Hardys had already gone through a brutal steel cage main event against Nic and Ryan Nemeth, losing the TNA World Tag Team Championships after Nic pinned Matt while Jeff was caught up in the cage and couldn’t make the save. Instead of calling it a night after the match, Matt and Jeff headed straight into a lengthy fan signing.
Hardy’s post was basically a flex for the kind of demand The Hardys still command after decades in the wrestling business. Even after wrestling in the main event and dropping the titles, fans were apparently willing to stand around for hours just to meet them. The Hardys may have left Lockdown without the championships, but judging by that line, they definitely didn’t leave Chicago without plenty of fan support.
