Malik Blade is gone from WWE as the list of roster exits continues to grow.
According to Fightful, Blade has departed WWE following several years with the company.
Blade last competed at a February 21 WWE NXT live event, where he teamed with Romeo Moreno against Dorian Van Dux and Harlem Lewis.
He originally signed with WWE in October 2021 and appeared across multiple shows, including WWE NXT, WWE NXT Level Up, and WWE Main Event.
Blade’s momentum was slowed significantly after he suffered a torn ACL in October 2024. The injury happened during his last televised match on WWE NXT Level Up against Tavion Heights, which kept him sidelined for nearly a year.
His departure adds another developmental talent to WWE’s growing list of releases, continuing what has become a wide-reaching round of roster cuts.
