Logan Paul is opening up about just how much money he has made, and he’s also admitting that the cash went to his head.
While speaking to School of Hard Knocks, Paul was asked about the most money he personally earned in a single year. After checking himself to avoid exaggerating, he estimated that the number was somewhere between $25 million and $30 million.
“Ooh, Jeeoff, what’s the most amount of money I made personally in a single year? Don’t exaggerate. Give them a real number. 25 mil. I was going to say about 30 mil probably.”
Paul then explained that his companies have brought in even more money, pointing to Prime’s massive second year: “For the companies, man. I mean, Prime made 1.2 billion in second year.” When asked how Prime reached that level, Paul credited the people around him and their understanding of influencer-driven branding.
“Great partners. Great partners who understood the value of the social media influencer and were able to utilize that to build a brand.”
Paul was also asked whether money ever got to his head, and he didn’t try to dodge the question: “Yeah.” He then admitted that earning that much at a young age changed the way he saw himself.
“Yeah, I did. Yeah, it wasn’t good. How can it not get to your head, bro? It’s 22 years old and I’ve made over $50 million in a single year. Like I thought I was invincible. I wasn’t.”
Paul has built a business empire, become a WWE star, and helped turn Prime into one of the most recognizable beverage brands in the world. But according to him, all that success also fueled a mindset that eventually caught up with him.
Now, years later, the Maverick is willing to admit that the money inflated his ego and made him believe he was untouchable—a lesson he says he learned the hard way.
