Logan Paul thinks Tom Brady has everyone fooled.
Months after Brady slapped him at Fanatics Fest and as rumors continue to swirl about a possible WWE match between the two, Paul claimed the NFL legend is nothing like the image he presents to the public. In fact, he compared Brady to Homelander, the manipulative villain from The Boys, arguing that the seven-time Super Bowl champion is a completely different person behind closed doors.
The comments came during an episode of Impaulsive, when Sean O’Malley asked why Brady still seemed so angry whenever the two crossed paths.
“It was as a result of it. He was pissed at him. And we… Dude, listen. We see Tom all the time now. Well, not since the football game. But this dude always wants smoke. Like he is… he’s, dude, angry guy.”
O’Malley wanted to know what had Brady so fired up, and that’s when Paul offered perhaps his harshest assessment of the NFL icon yet, comparing him to Homelander from The Boys.
“You know what I think? I compare Tom Brady to Homelander. Everyone thinks he’s this good guy and he loves everybody. It’s all for the people and all for the kids.”
Paul didn’t stop there, insisting Brady’s public image doesn’t match the man he sees whenever they’re face-to-face, accusing him of being fake behind closed doors.
“He’s fake. Behind closed doors, Tom Brady wants to kill you. That’s how I feel about me anyway. The way he looks at me, bro.”
During Fanatics Fest, Brady slapped Paul across the face in front of a crowd before security stepped in to separate them. The two crossed paths again days later at the FIFA World Cup final, where Michael Rubin shared video of Brady smiling, flipping Paul off from nearby seats and continuing to trade gestures with the WWE star while everyone around them laughed.
The tension has even made its way onto WWE television. RAW aired footage of the Fanatics Fest confrontation, leading to speculation that the company is building toward Brady stepping into a WWE ring.
That speculation only grew after Wrestling Observer Radio, where Dave Meltzer and Bryan Alvarez discussed Brady’s future with WWE. Alvarez noted that Brady has publicly said he only wants to wrestle one match, prompting both men to agree that if it happens, WrestleMania is the only stage big enough for it. Meltzer also argued Brady would likely need time to train and suggested a tag-team match would be the safest option if WWE moves forward with the celebrity showdown.
For now, nothing is guaranteed. But with Brady and Paul continuing to trade shots in public, WWE already incorporating the rivalry into RAW, and Paul now calling the NFL legend “Homelander,” the feud shows no signs of cooling down.
