WWE just dropped another match onto tonight’s RAW card with only two hours left before showtime.
The company announced that Chad Gable will team with WWE Intercontinental Champion Penta against Ethan Page and Rusev on the July 20, 2026 episode of Monday Night RAW from Detroit.
The match brings Gable and Penta together just weeks before they collide over the Intercontinental Championship at SummerSlam. Gable earned the title opportunity, but he’ll now have to work alongside the man whose championship he plans to take.
Ethan Page and Rusev will be waiting on the other side of the ring, giving WWE a chance to add even more tension between Gable and Penta before their title showdown. The announcement came roughly two hours before RAW was scheduled to begin.
Tonight’s show will also feature Seth Rollins opening the broadcast following the chaos at Saturday Night’s Main Event. Rollins tried to ambush Roman Reigns, but New York Knicks star Jalen Brunson helped turn the situation against him.
Danhausen is also scheduled to appear after defeating JD McDonagh, while LA Knight will continue his issues with The Bloodline when he faces Jacob Fatu.
The updated WWE RAW lineup for July 20 includes:
- Seth Rollins kicks off the show
- Chad Gable and Penta vs. Ethan Page and Rusev
- Danhausen appears
- Jacob Fatu vs. LA Knight
WWE waited until the final hours to add another match, and putting Gable beside his SummerSlam opponent could easily end with both men turning on each other before the night is over.
