Kevin Nash isn’t roasting CM Punk’s look this time — he’s actually giving him credit, as the WWE Hall of Famer praised Punk’s current physique.

While speaking on the June 15, 2026 edition of Kliq This, Nash reacted to recent gym photos of Punk and admitted the Second City Saint is looking better than before. After months of taking shots at Punk’s shirts, jackets, and physique, Nash said Punk now looks locked in.

“Seen those pictures of him online—like, you know, at the gym where people are taking pictures of CM Punk—he looks good.”

Nash then pointed to Punk’s WrestleMania run and said it looks like he has been taking his training more seriously lately. The WWE Hall of Famer also offered a possible reason for the change, saying Punk may have simply been under-eating before. According to Nash, eating enough while training can make a huge difference.

“He got that run at WrestleMania, I think he’s dialed in with his training and definitely dialed in.”

“I think what everyone finds out is we so under-eat. I guarantee you Phil was under-eating by probably 1,000 calories. Being able to eat and train is huge. He’s making bank, he’s taking time off.”

That’s a pretty big shift from Nash’s earlier comments, where he mocked Punk for wearing a jacket on RAW and told him to go to the gym. He also previously accused Punk of hiding his physique with what he called a “No Definition T-shirt.”

“I just don’t understand why Phil had to come down with a jacket on. I mean, s***, go to a f*****ing gym, Phil. He’s already fallen victim to the NDT shirt.”

Nash spent months clowning Punk’s look, but now even he’s admitting Phil cleaned it up. The jacket jokes may not be dead forever, but for now, the Second City Saint’s gym photos got Big Sexy to ease off the gas.
