Karrion Kross is opening up about what bothered him after leaving WWE, and it has everything to do with Triple H.
Kross and Scarlett parted ways with WWE after their contracts expired, but Kross has already made it clear that the exit process was not easy. He previously accused WWE of using manipulative tactics during contract talks, claiming someone tried to frame their request to keep discussions open as them declining the offer.
Now, while speaking to Ariel Helwani on June 10, 2026, Karrion Kross revealed that he never heard from Triple H after his WWE departure last year. Helwani asked him directly whether Triple H reached out: “No.”
When asked if that was still the case even after everything happened, Kross gave the same answer: “No.” Kross admitted that the silence hurt, though he also tried to give Triple H the benefit of the doubt. He said there may be things happening behind the scenes that fans and talent do not fully understand.
“It bothered me, but I try to tell myself that there are things going on that are so strange that might not occur to you—that perhaps he is no longer in a position to speak to talent anymore once they exit, because I’m not an isolated situation.”
Kross made it clear that he was not trying to attack Triple H. Instead, he suggested WWE’s current corporate structure may limit what Triple H can do after talent leaves the company.
“I’m not throwing shade at him at all, but I don’t think anyone understands the nature of his position. Everyone just thinks he’s just the boss and nothing is attached to that. I think there’s a whole new hierarchy and things above him, and perhaps he’s even told not to contact talent afterwards—maybe. But it did bother me. It bothered me very, very much.”
Kross’ latest comments add more context to his WWE exit. While he is not blaming Triple H directly, he clearly expected some kind of communication after everything he and Scarlett went through with the company. For now, Kross is moving forward as a free agent, but his remarks show that the way things ended with WWE still left a mark.
