As seen on last week’s episode of RAW, WWE did an angle that seemingly wrote Kane off weekly programming when he was destroyed by Braun Strowman in a “Last Man Standing” match.

Dave Meltzer speculated in the latest installment of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter Kane could have suffered an injury and this could be why the company did the angle.

In an update, Kane has been removed from all WWE events through the end of the month. It’s still not clear at this time if he is legitimately injured or he’s taking time off for his upcoming campaign. Kane is still being listed on WWE.com for tonight’s RAW and is also advertised for TV and WWE Live Events next month.

We will keep you updated if we receive any other information on Kane’s status.
