Kam Hendrix absolutely smoked Mason Rook on Twitter by telling the NXT talent that while he goes home to Maxxine Dupri, Rook goes home to his own hand and a bucket of fried chicken.
The nasty exchange went down on August 2 after Hendrix posted an AI-generated image of Rook dressed like a McDonald’s employee. Hendrix mocked him with a twisted version of the fast-food chain’s slogan.
“He’s big, he’s bad, he’s ba-da-ba-ba-bah, he’s lovin’ it.”
Rook tried to hit back by taking a shot at Hendrix’s Monday nights.
“I’m loving this about as much as you’re loving Monday nights, bud.”
That was when Hendrix went for the throat. He bragged that he goes home to Maxxine Dupri, calling her a “10,” before telling Rook that his nights look a whole lot different.
“When I get home at night, there’s a 10 in my bed. Laundry folded. Dinner plate made. You go home to your right hand and a bucket of fried chicken.”
That ended the exchange right there. Rook came looking for a comeback, but Hendrix made it personal and left him with one of the roughest responses an NXT talent has taken on social media in a while. The Maxxine Dupri reference only made the shot hit harder. Mason Rook may get another chance to answer inside the ring, but on Twitter, Kam Hendrix left him cooked.
