Alexa Bliss was apparently never meant to stay on the outside of the Wyatt Sicks. According to Joe Gacy, she was part of the plan from the very beginning. Months after WWE released the entire Wyatt Sicks faction, Gacy has revealed that Alexa’s name came up in the group’s very first creative meeting, with the long-term plan always being for her to eventually become part of the family.
Speaking with Casa D-18 Studios, Gacy was asked whether WWE had seriously considered adding anyone else to the Wyatt Sicks before settling on the final lineup. His answer was surprisingly simple. There really weren’t any other names, except one.
“The only thing that was ever talked about, even in the first meeting, was Alexa… being in with the group.”
According to Gacy, Alexa wasn’t someone WWE briefly discussed before moving in another direction. She was always supposed to become part of the story. It just never got that far.
“Which I think originally was always supposed to happen eventually. But we just never got there, unfortunately.”
This makes plenty of sense given Bliss’ long history with Bray Wyatt. During Wyatt’s final WWE run, Bliss became one of the central figures in his supernatural universe, and even after Wyatt’s passing, she repeatedly said she believed their on-screen connection wasn’t finished.
Back in 2025, Bliss admitted she’d love to explore a reunion with Bray’s legacy, explaining that Wyatt always believed the two characters would reconnect in a major way someday. Instead, the opportunity disappeared before it ever became reality.
WWE released the Wyatt Sicks in April 2026, bringing the faction to an abrupt end before Alexa could ever join the group. Looking back now, Gacy’s comments reveal that one of the faction’s biggest creative plans never even had the chance to play out. It’s one more “what if” surrounding a group that, according to its members, still had plenty of stories left to tell.
