Jey Uso isn’t staying quiet after that wild podcast fight with Cam’ron — and now he’s explaining exactly why he threw hands.
After Cam’ron fired off warning messages on Instagram following their altercation on the Come And Talk 2 Me podcast, Uso addressed the situation during an appearance on Nightcap. He made it clear that the fight didn’t come out of nowhere and said disrespect was building from the moment he walked in. Uso started by sending a direct message to Cam’ron and explaining that respect was the one thing he expected going into the interview.
“Man, I know he’s gonna see this. Man, Uce—respect is everything. I was respectful, Uce. We’re likable people.”
According to Uso, the tension started early and the energy in the room didn’t feel right from the beginning. He said he tried to keep things calm and warned Cam’ron more than once before things turned physical.
“First off, I met him—he was on that damn wheelchair. I was like, ‘What was wrong with you?’ The vibe was a little off, man. I’ve still got love for Cam'ron and the podcast, but I just told him a couple of times—be respectful, man. He wasn’t being respectful. So he had to feel that [Fist gesture].”
That last line makes it clear — Uso isn’t apologizing. The fight itself broke out during the podcast recording when tensions boiled over and Uso lunged at Cam’ron. Staff rushed in to break things up, and the feed was cut moments later before viewers could see how it fully ended.
Now with both sides talking publicly — Cam’ron posting warnings online and Uso defending his actions — the situation is still heating up at the worst possible time, just days before WrestleMania 42. Whether this ends here or turns into something bigger, one thing is clear: Jey Uso believes he was pushed to that point — and he’s not backing off now.
