Je’Von Evans had every reason to talk his talk after WWE RAW. The Young OG picked up a huge win in Paris, France, and then made it clear online that fans should not start believing in him only now.

The June 8 episode of WWE RAW closed with a King of the Ring qualifier featuring Seth Rollins, Je’Von Evans, Ricky Saints, and Talla Tonga. The match had plenty of chaos, especially once Austin Theory and Bron Breakker got involved near the finish. Rollins looked like he was closing in on the win after stomping Talla Tonga and Ricky Saints, but Theory broke up the referee’s count. Breakker then wiped out Rollins with a spear, opening the door for Evans to hit an OG Cutter on Ricky Saints and score the win.

After the show, Evans reacted to the big moment on Twitter and sent a message to anyone jumping on the bandwagon now.

“Yea😂😂….Don’t Believe In Me Now If You Wasn’t There Before💯 #TheYoungOG #WWERAW”

The win sends Evans forward in the King of the Ring tournament, giving him another major spotlight during one of WWE’s biggest tournament runs of the year. It was also a huge moment for him to close RAW in front of a loud Paris crowd.

The King of the Ring tournament will wrap up at WWE Night of Champions on June 27, 2026, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Evans still has work to do, but this win puts him one step closer to a major career moment.

For now, Je’Von Evans is making it clear that he remembers who believed in him before the big wins started stacking up. After advancing in the King of the Ring tournament, The Young OG is not letting anyone casually hop on the hype train without being called out.
