The June 8 episode of WWE RAW went down in Paris, France at the Accor Arena. This was an early broadcast time for the red brand, and it also included a few newsworthy moments as the company continues its way to Night of Champions in Saudi Arabia.

This week on RAW, fans saw a King of the Ring qualifier go down that many would consider a dream match. Seth Rollins vs. Je’Von Evans vs. Ricky Saints vs. Talla Tonga looked great on paper, and fans had no idea what to expect when the bell sounded.

This match closed out WWE RAW this week. Ricky Saints and Talla Tonga acted like they were going to work together, but that turned against Saints quickly with a big boot from the Tongan. Then Talla launched Je’Von Evans onto the floor as he landed on everyone else.

The match stretched through another block of commercials, and the action returned as Talla Tonga was finally taken out by Seth Rollins and Ricky Saints. Fans in Paris chanted on as Talla Tonga emerged, only to have Je’Von Evans launch himself over the barricade to take him out of the picture.

Things escalated quickly in this match, and Je’Von Evans got a near fall after hitting Seth Rollins with a Red Dot. He tried for a springboard move, but Rollins blocked him. The two continued until Evans reversed a buckle bomb into a hurricanrana. Then Ricky Saints got in the match as he nailed a Revolution DDT for a near fall.

Talla Tonga came back to life as Seth Rollins almost won the match. Then Talla was went to the outside along with Rollins as Saints tried for his finisher, but he was sent out by Evans as well. The Young OG took this opportunity to jump on everyone in the match to a thunderous pop in Paris.

It didn’t take long until the match came to a finish after Talla Tonga’s skull was crushed by multiple stomps from Seth Rollins. Ricky Saints took a stomp from Rollins, but Austin Theory broke up the referee’s count. Bron Breakker nailed a spear on Rollins and then Evans hit an OG Cutter on Ricky to win the match and advance.

Je’Von Evans is on his way to do big things in WWE. Only time will tell if 2026 is his year, but he’s going strong right now in the King of the Ring tournament.

The 2026 WWE King of the Ring tournament concludes on June 27, 2026, at the Night of Champions premium live event. The event takes place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and Ringside News will have full coverage of the show.
