Jasmin St. Claire did not hold back after Indi Hartwell talked about wrestlers needing boundaries with fans.

Hartwell recently spoke with Dom D’Angelo about how social media gives fans direct access to wrestlers. She said that is not always a good thing, because some fans cross lines and form unhealthy attachments.

“With social media in this day and age, like it’s so easy for a fan to have direct access to a wrestler and sometimes it’s not a good thing.”

Hartwell also said that is why a lot of wrestlers stay guarded online. She explained that she does not show her whole life on social media or YouTube because keeping a wall up can be healthy.

“So, it is good to keep like that wall up because people create maybe like parasocial relationships.”

After Ringside News posted the story, Jasmin St. Claire jumped in with a very direct response. She made it clear that she does not agree with wrestlers complaining about fan access while still doing public appearances.

“Then don’t do public appearances stay home.”

That was all she needed to say. Hartwell’s point was about boundaries and how easy it is for fans to reach wrestlers now. St. Claire’s response was a lot colder: if you do not want public attention, then do not put yourself in public.
