Jade Cargill may have spent months telling fans she avoids autograph requests to protect her on-screen character, but she just made one very unexpected exception.
The WWE star jumped onto Twitter with a post that caught plenty of fans off guard, as she made it clear she wants to sign women’s chests.
“I’m a bad b****. Let me sign ya boobs. Ladies let me sign ya boobs 😌😛😂”
It didn’t take long for fans to jump in, including one who had met Cargill at WWE Night of Champions last month. Hoping for another interaction, the fan asked if they could make it happen the next time they crossed paths. Cargill didn’t hesitate: “Yesss pleaseeeee”
The playful exchange is a pretty funny twist considering what Cargill said just a couple of months ago. While speaking to Unsportsmanlike in May, Jade explained why she’s often reluctant to sign autographs despite William Regal and even her husband encouraging her to do it. According to Cargill, the decision has never been about disrespecting fans—it has been about protecting her character.
“I remember at the airport, William Regal, he came up to me. He was like, ‘Hey, you need to sign those autographs because one day nobody’s going to ask for your autograph.’ And I remember my husband saying that as well, but I try to keep the kayfabe alive. So I want people to hate me.”
She admitted fans are usually surprised by how friendly she is in person, which creates the exact opposite reaction she’s looking for as a heel.
“And I’m just such a lovable person. So when people meet me, they’re like, ‘Oh my gosh, you’re actually really nice. You’re really down to earth.’ And so then they’re like, ‘OK, well, I want to cheer for you.’ And I’m like, ‘No, you need to hate me. Like I don’t want you to like me. And this is the point.’ So unless it’s a kid — no, no, unless it’s a kid. And don’t pull your kids to sign your stuff. But unless it’s a kid, I’m probably just headlights just going like, ‘Don’t talk to me, I’m gone.’
And then they say, ‘Oh, she has such an attitude,’ and all this stuff. And I’m like, ‘Yeah, give it to me, please.’ Because tomorrow when you come to the show, I want you to feel that and I want you to bring that energy.”
That is why her tweet landed the way it did. Jade has spent months saying she keeps fans at arm’s length to preserve kayfabe, only to suddenly hop online and jokingly volunteer to sign women’s chests instead. Whether that offer ever becomes reality is another story, but one thing is clear: Jade Cargill knows exactly how to get wrestling fans talking.
