Jacob Fatu is supposed to face LA Knight on tonight’s episode of Monday Night RAW—but his latest message suggests he will not even be in Detroit.
WWE General Manager Adam Pearce announced Fatu vs. Knight for the July 20, 2026 episode as the rivalry builds toward their six-man tag team match at SummerSlam. Fatu quickly responded on social media and questioned Pearce’s authority to book him. He said he only takes orders from Roman Reigns before claiming he was heading to California instead.
“Who are you to tell me I’m working? Orders from the OTC. Your ass is California-bound. Sorry to the D.”
The message strongly implies Fatu will skip RAW despite WWE officially announcing him for the show. WWE has not removed Fatu vs. Knight from the lineup, so it remains unclear whether this is a legitimate absence, part of the storyline or a setup for a last-minute change.
For now, WWE is still advertising the singles match. Fatu, however, is giving fans every reason to believe he will be nowhere near Detroit when RAW goes live.
Do you think Jacob Fatu will actually miss WWE RAW, or is this all part of the story? Leave your feedback in the comments.
