IYO SKY walked away from Monday Night RAW with more than just a message from Liv Morgan—she left with a nasty bruise across her forehead.

Following the July 13 episode of RAW from Dallas, SKY took to her Instagram Stories to reveal the aftermath of Morgan’s post-match attack. Sharing a close-up photo of the swelling on her forehead, the SKY summed up the painful moment with a simple caption: “Seriously?”

The injury came after Morgan blasted SKY with the Women’s World Championship following SKY’s match against Roxanne Perez. Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez were both at ringside throughout the bout before Morgan struck once the match was over.

While the attack played out as planned on television, a closer look at the replay suggests the belt shot didn’t go exactly as intended. Rather than glancing across SKY’s head, Morgan appeared to mistime the swing, catching the champion flush and leaving behind a noticeable bruise.

Despite the ugly-looking injury, there is currently no indication that SKY suffered a concussion or any other serious issue. As things stand, she is expected to compete at SummerSlam, where she’ll defend the Women’s World Championship against Morgan.

Accidents happen in wrestling, and this appears to be one of them. The belt shot may have landed harder than intended, but it doesn’t look like it’s changed WWE’s plans heading into one of the biggest matches of the summer.
