The final betting odds for WWE NXT Heatwave are locked in—and several matches aren’t expected to be close. Jaida Parker, Zaria and Kendal Grey enter today’s show as overwhelming favorites, while multiple champions are expected to lose their titles.
The final odds from BetOnline have Tony D’Angelo favored to retain the NXT Championship in the fatal four-way main event. D’Angelo sits at -175, followed by Grayson Waller at +200, newcomer Zilla Fatu at +250 and Cruz Montana at +550.
That line puts D’Angelo in control, but it doesn’t completely shut the door on an upset. Fatu will be competing in his first NXT singles match after immediately targeting the champion upon his arrival.
Jackson Drake is expected to take the NXT North American Championship from Myles Borne. Drake enters as a -300 favorite, while Borne is a +200 underdog despite carrying the title into Heatwave.
Borne could be in for an especially rough afternoon because he must wrestle twice. He will also team with Tavion Heights to defend the NXT Tag Team Championship against Brad Baylor and Ricky Smokes of the Vanity Project. The challengers are -150 favorites, while Borne and Heights enter at +110.
Kendal Grey is heavily favored to retain the NXT Women’s Championship against Kelani Jordan. Grey sits at -400 despite entering the match with an ear injury, while Jordan is listed at +250.
Zaria is an even bigger favorite in the championship unification match. She enters at -800 against WWE Women’s Speed Champion Wren Sinclair at +300 and Kali Armstrong at +500. The match will unify the NXT Women’s North American and WWE Women’s Speed Championships.
The most lopsided line belongs to the submission match between Jaida Parker and Nattie. Parker is a massive -1000 favorite, leaving Nattie as a +550 underdog.
The final WWE NXT Heatwave betting odds are:
- Tony D’Angelo (-175) vs. Grayson Waller (+200) vs. Zilla Fatu (+250) vs. Cruz Montana (+550)
- Myles Borne (+200) vs. Jackson Drake (-300)
- Myles Borne and Tavion Heights (+110) vs. The Vanity Project (-150)
- Kendal Grey (-400) vs. Kelani Jordan (+250)
- Zaria (-800) vs. Wren Sinclair (+300) vs. Kali Armstrong (+500)
- Jaida Parker (-1000) vs. Nattie (+550)
The final lines point toward a painful day for Myles Borne. BetOnline has him losing the North American Championship before he and Heights also drop the tag team titles to the Vanity Project. D’Angelo and Grey, meanwhile, are favored to survive with their championships intact.
NXT Heatwave takes place today at the Bert Ogden Arena in Edinburg, Texas. The show will feature five championship matches and the submission showdown between Parker and Nattie.
