Another eyewitness has come forward in the claim that Brutus Beefcake and his wife, Missy Beefcake, were thrown out of Hulk Hogan’s funeral after an ugly confrontation with Linda Hogan.

Back in August 2025, Ringside News covered B. Brian Blair’s account of the incident at Indian Rocks Baptist Church in Largo, Florida. Blair claimed he was standing next to Linda when Missy used the “C word,” denied saying it and was removed by security alongside Brutus.

“I was standing next to Linda, and I hear the C word. I look up, and it’s Brutus’ wife, Missy. Linda called security because she called Linda that and then denied it—and I heard it. So they got thrown out.”

Now Barbie Beefcake, Brutus’ former wife, has come forward with another eyewitness account while speaking to Monte & The Pharaoh. Barbie did not claim she personally heard Missy insult Linda. However, she said she was inside the church, saw security activity near Brutus and Missy and noticed the couple suddenly disappear from the funeral.

Barbie said she arrived with her daughter Alana, her boyfriend, Hulk Hogan’s longtime attorney Henry Holmes and Hogan’s agent Peter Young. The situation was already uncomfortable because Alana had not seen Brutus, her father, in approximately 15 years. According to Barbie, Missy approached Alana outside the church and offered her condolences before the service began.

“I turned around and saw Missy with her, so I ran down and said, ‘Alana, let’s go,’ because I thought she would be uncomfortable. She said, ‘I’m good,’ and then Missy said, ‘I’m sorry for your loss.’ We went inside. Brutus and Missy went inside too.”

Barbie said Brutus and Missy later moved toward the front of the auditorium, where Linda Hogan and members of Hogan’s family were seated. A short time later, Barbie saw them walking back in the opposite direction. She initially believed they were changing seats, but then noticed something happening near the front of the church.

“I saw a little bit of—I don’t want to say a scuffle—but I saw something going on down there. Then they left. I thought they were behind us, but when I turned around, they weren’t there. I was like, ‘Why would they be gone?’”

Barbie said Nick Hogan later told her exactly why Brutus and Missy were no longer inside the service.

“I was told by Nick that they got thrown out because Missy called Linda a ‘see you next Tuesday.’ That came from Nick Hogan, so I’m pretty sure he wouldn’t have lied to me. I saw the whole security thing.”

That gives the thrown-out claim another eyewitness who says she personally saw the security situation and watched Brutus and Missy disappear from the funeral. The key difference is that Blair claimed he heard Missy insult Linda with his own ears. Barbie did not hear the alleged comment, but she claims Nick Hogan personally told her what happened after she witnessed the commotion.

Barbie also said she would not be surprised if Linda told Brutus and Missy to stay away from her. She argued that Linda had every right to refuse contact with them while mourning her former husband.

“I could see Linda saying, ‘Get the fuck away from me. I don’t want to talk to you.’ She had the right to say that. She was upset about Terry. Whatever happened between them, someone died here.”

Barbie added that there had been tension between Linda and Brutus for years. She recalled Linda referring to Brutus as “Terry’s ex-wife” because of how close Brutus and Hogan had once been.

“There was always a rift there. Linda used to call Eddie ‘Terry’s ex-wife’ because that was just the way it was. They were buddies before Linda, and that was how everybody referred to it.”

Even with that history, Barbie said Hogan’s funeral was not the place to force an unwanted conversation with Linda. Barbie then stood behind Nick Hogan’s version of events and insisted she had no reason to believe he invented the story.

“It was someone’s funeral. If Linda respectfully said, ‘Get away from me. I don’t want to talk to you,’ she had every right to say that.”

“Missy did call her that name because Nick wouldn’t have made that up. That came from Nick’s mouth. Period. That’s what happened, and I know it for a fact. I was there.”

Blair’s original account claimed he heard the insult and watched security get involved. Barbie has now added another eyewitness account to the thrown-out claim, saying she saw the commotion herself before Nick Hogan told her why Brutus and Missy were removed.
