Elijah is already walking through TNA with a guitar in his hand, but he has his eyes on a much bigger stage.
The TNA star spoke with GOW MEDIA CLE and revealed that he wants to make the jump into acting. With TNA now connected to AMC, Elijah sees a real chance to take his wrestling character beyond the ring and onto television.
The subject came up when Elijah was asked what he wanted to pursue outside music. He did not hesitate. Acting is firmly on his list, and he believes the character he has built in wrestling could slide straight into an AMC production.
“I would say, especially given our partnership with AMC right now, I would love to jump into the acting world. I feel like the character Elijah, and everything I sort of look like and represent, I could see myself walking onto an AMC show and being either a character in the background or playing a part, and sort of getting into that realm of entertainment. I think that would be fantastic.”
It is not hard to see why Elijah thinks he could make it work. His entire presentation already feels built for television. He has the voice, the look, the guitar, the cowboy edge and enough personality to stand out without needing a wrestling ring around him.
TNA’s relationship with AMC could also put him closer to those opportunities than ever before. Elijah is not talking about abandoning wrestling or music. He is talking about expanding the character and getting another foot into the entertainment business. Whether that means a small background role, a recurring character or something much bigger, Elijah is clearly ready to take his shot.
