Dominik Mysterio shared a fundraiser to help somebody escape a disaster zone—and one completely obsessed hater somehow turned it into another excuse to attack him.

Former TNA announcer and interviewer Sam Leterna recently asked wrestling fans to help her aunt and cousin after they survived the La Guaira earthquakes in Venezuela and lost the home they had lived in for 20 years. Her goal was to relocate them to safety in Spain.

“The wrestling community has been my family for years, and today I ask that family for help. My aunt and cousin survived the La Guaira earthquakes in Venezuela and lost the home they lived in for 20 years. Please help me get them to safety in Spain. Donate and share—the link is in the comments.”

Dominik saw the post and shared it. That should have been it. Instead, an account called “demdem” jumped into Leterna’s replies and accused Dominik of using her family’s nightmare to repair his image.

“Listen, Dominik Mysterio, I know how your mind works. You reposting this is not going to fix your PR. And I know it’s not a coincidence that when you’re in social settings you’re not comfortable in, you repost random things on Twitter. You did it after Raw following WrestleMania too.”

Leterna immediately told the guy to get lost. She explained that she and Dominik both trained with Lance Storm, met at a wedding years ago and that she personally asked him to share the fundraiser.

“Dom and I both trained with Lance Storm back in the day. We met once and had a great time at a friend’s wedding. One interaction years ago. I contacted him Latino to Latino, and he was kind enough to share the post. Kindly fuck off.”

That should have ended it. It did not. The account kept firing off post after post about Dominik’s body, career, family, heritage, money, wrestling ability, eating habits, training schedule, dog and Instagram Stories. This was not normal wrestling criticism. The guy’s entire account appears to revolve around monitoring Dominik Mysterio and waiting for his life to fall apart. The hater first declared that he was done allowing people to think Dominik might actually be a decent person.

“I’m not letting Dominik get off this nice-person agenda anymore. He’s not a good person, simple as.”

He then hijacked Leterna’s fundraiser thread to claim Dominik does not care about lucha libre or Latino culture and only cares about expensive watches and designer bags.

“Listen, sorry for what you’re going through, but Dominik Mysterio is not the man he claims he is. He has been lying through his teeth for years about how he cares about lucha libre and the culture. The reality is he just likes money, Rolexes and Louis bags. He doesn’t care about anyone.”

The account then decided it had the authority to strip Dominik of his Latino identity while accusing him of exploiting Eddie Guerrero.

“Dominik is not a good person, and he is not Latino despite everything he does to prove it. He’ll never be embraced by the culture because he exploited Eddie for money and lied, saying he was paying tribute to Eddie, when in reality he just wanted money—and he is big and fat.”

John Cena’s retirement tour was dragged into the meltdown next. The account claimed Dominik should have been in better shape and accused him of running away from work.

“If Dominik was a good man, he would have been in the best shape of his life for John Cena’s last match and worked and used it to excel his career. Instead, he stole it, and the first chance he had, he ran away like a baby because he was scared to work.”

Then came a lecture about how Dominik should spend every day training instead of enjoying his own life. The account insisted Dominik only thinks about himself and claimed he stopped working hard once the WWE money started coming in.

“If Dom was a good person, he would ensure he trained every single day to ensure the fans had the best product available, instead of just coasting through life—not trying, not training, not socializing and just coasting through life.”

“I’m not letting him get off by saying he is a nice guy. He’s not a nice guy who is thoughtful and thinks about others. He cares and worries about himself, lied that he cared about Eddie, stopped training completely once he made enough money and is now coasting through life.”

Then the guy started digging up wrestling footage like he was building a criminal case. One clip showed Dominik wrestling. The account used it to accuse Dominik of being out of shape and faking an injury because he did not want to work.

“Look at Dominik Mysterio, gassed out after two minutes of wrestling with his dad, so out of shape, and then he got ‘injured’ when in reality he didn’t want to come to work. This is why he came to work even more out of shape, all while still holding the title.”

Another video showed Dominik after a match with Penta. The account claimed Carlito had to hold him up because he had no energy left.

“Here’s Dominik Mysterio after a nine-minute match with Penta, fully gassed out to the point where Carlito has to pick him up, and Dominik Mysterio is slouching at the ropes with no energy.”

The obsession then moved away from wrestling and straight into Dominik’s personal Instagram activity. The account grabbed an image of Dominik’s food and posted it on Twitter just to attack his weight.

“Keep eating food like this, Dominik Mysterio.”

Then it pulled another image from Dominik’s Stories showing a barbecue restaurant and used that as another excuse to unload on him.

“Keep eating dogshit, Dominik Mysterio. Keep getting fat and ruining your career.”

Dominik’s family was next. The account accused them of protecting him, lying to him and setting him up for failure.

“To Dominik Mysterio’s family: Keep babying him and telling him he’s doing great when he is doing terrible. Keep babying him and sheltering him. Dominik, I can’t wait for his demise.”

Then came a photo of Dominik relaxing at home with his dog and playing video games. Apparently, the account monitors that too.

“Keep staying at home playing video games with your dog, not training and not socializing, Dominik Mysterio. Keep coasting, Dominik.”

That is already creepy enough, but then the guy dropped the line that takes this from pathetic trolling into full-blown stalker territory.

“The biggest nepo baby of all time, Dominik Mysterio, given everything he has ever wanted in life. No work ethic or drive to be the best, no social skills and no brain. I can’t wait until everyone sees your downfall like I see it. I know you like the back of my hand.”

“I know you like the back of my hand” is not something a normal wrestling fan says about a performer they have never met. The account then openly celebrated the idea of Dominik’s career collapsing and said both Dominik and Rey Mysterio deserved it.

“It’s going to be fun watching you continue to embarrass yourself on TV, Dominik Mysterio. I cannot wait for this downfall of your career. These parasocials are going to set you up for hate as well. I cannot wait for this, Dominik Mysterio. You deserve this, and your dad does too.”

The attacks kept coming, with the account accusing Dominik of doing no work, gaining weight and tricking his own fans. The guy also promised to laugh when Dominik’s fans eventually turned against him.

“Keep coasting through life, Dominik Mysterio. Keep getting fat, doing no work. Keep gaslighting your fans into believing it’s your booking and not you. Keep being in your comfort zone, saying the same jokes and the same things for four years. I love this for you.”

“When delusional Dominik Mysterio parasocial fans set him up, I won’t stop them. I’m not explaining to anyone that Dominik is not being sabotaged—he’s just not working at all. I’m just going to sit back and laugh at him for giving up on the fans and getting comfortable. I can’t wait.”

WWE was blamed for protecting Dominik and treating him like a child. The account finally claimed it had been trying to warn everybody about the “real” Dominik and promised to keep watching his career fall apart.

“WWE continued treating Dominik Mysterio like a baby, sheltering him for years and years, gassing him up and overhyping him. So let him continue to embarrass himself and continue experiencing this downfall of all downfalls. I’m happy now.”

“I can’t wait to continue to watch this downfall of Dominik Mysterio—him continuing to have bad cardio and let himself go, which he’s been gradually doing since 2025. I’ve done all I can to inform people who Dominik truly is, but nobody believes me. People are in for a shock.”

This guy is not just complaining about Dominik’s booking or saying he had a bad match. He is watching Dominik’s food, body, family, dog, home life, Instagram Stories, wrestling footage and daily activity while claiming he knows him “like the back of my hand.”

Dominik Mysterio shared a fundraiser for a woman trying to get her family out of Venezuela. That simple act triggered hours of personal attacks from an account that appears completely consumed by him. Somebody close to Dominik may want to start saving screenshots, because this is far beyond ordinary wrestling trash talk.
