Danhausen just took his Knicks “uncursing” powers all the way to The Tonight Show.

The newly crowned NBA Champion New York Knicks appeared on Monday’s episode of The Tonight Show, and Jimmy Fallon wasted no time bringing up the bizarre wrestling connection that followed the team through its title run.

During the playoffs, Danhausen became linked to the Knicks after he supposedly “uncursed” the team. From there, New York went on a wild run, including 13 straight playoff wins at one point, before closing out the NBA Finals over the weekend.

Fallon asked Jalen Brunson, the NBA Finals MVP and longtime WWE fan, if he believes Danhausen had something to do with the Knicks winning it all. Brunson admitted he was not fully sold at first, but winning a championship clearly changed things.

“At first, I was a little skeptical. But, I mean, you have to believe it now. You have to believe it now.”

Danhausen posted the clip to Twitter to celebrate Brunson giving him the seal of approval.

“DANHAUSEN KNEW THEY BELIEVED. Thank you @jalenbrunson @KarlTowns and @FallonTonight for confirming Danhausens cursing and uncursing powers to the world.”

WWE has already leaned all the way into the moment. RAW aired a video package congratulating the Knicks and spotlighting Danhausen’s connection to the team. Liv Morgan also tried to get Danhausen to curse Judgment Day’s King and Queen of the Ring opponents, but that plan did not work out.

Danhausen is also expected to appear at the Knicks’ championship parade later this week, and Fanatics has already dropped a Knicks-themed Danhausen shirt. The crossover may not stop there either. WWE is expected to have at least one Knicks player at Saturday Night’s Main Event on July 18 when the show takes place at Madison Square Garden.

Danhausen went from cult wrestling favorite to part of an NBA championship storyline, and now the Knicks are on national television basically admitting they believe in the curse.

What do you think about Danhausen becoming part of the Knicks’ championship celebration?
