Crowbar is getting his flowers after more than three decades in the wrestling business. The longtime veteran will be inducted into the Indie Wrestling Hall of Fame as part of the 2026 class.
Joey Janela announced the induction during his 20th Anniversary event, confirming that Crowbar will be honored for a career that stretches back to 1993.
Crowbar has worked across the independent wrestling scene for years, competing for promotions including ECW, Ring of Honor and GCW. He has also made appearances for major companies such as WWE, WCW and TNA.
His career includes championship runs in JCW, ISPW, ECPW, NW Jersey and several other independent promotions. That body of work helped Crowbar build a reputation as one of wrestling’s most dependable and respected veterans.
The Indie Wrestling Hall of Fame already includes names such as Amazing Red, The Briscoes, Sabu, Steve Corino and Jerry Lynn. Crowbar will now join that group when the 2026 ceremony takes place.
Crowbar may have spent time on national television, but much of his career was built by showing up, taking bookings and delivering across the independent scene. More than 30 years after his career began, that work is now being recognized with a Hall of Fame induction.
