Carmella says life after baby No. 2 has changed everything — especially the freedom and spontaneity she and Corey Graves used to have.
While speaking on her Hot Mom S*** podcast, Carmella said one of the biggest fights in their house has been over the old freedom they used to have. According to her, Graves misses being able to just pick up and go whenever they wanted.
“And I mean the fights that my husband and I have had over that, like him wanting, like he said before, ‘I want my wife back’ and ‘I miss being the spontaneity of our life that we used to have, being able to go here, there, and everywhere on a whim.’”
Carmella said she understands that feeling, but postpartum life is a whole different beast. She compared it to a mom being pressured to go out while still recovering and not ready to leave her baby.
“It does show what it’s really like to be postpartum and the issues between Kristen and Luke and him wanting to go out on a date and she’s like, ‘I’m not even three months postpartum. I’m wearing f**ing diapers,’ and he’s like putting all this pressure on her and she doesn’t want to leave her baby home with a sitter and like I don’t blame you girl.”
Carmella’s take is pretty simple: with a newborn in the house, that spontaneous couple life is not happening like it used to, as the former WWE Superstar made it pretty clear it’s not realistic at all: “And it’s just not realistic.”
Carmella and Graves welcomed their second child, Bram Julian Polinsky, in October 2025. They also share son Dimitri Paul Polinsky, who was born in November 2023. So bottom line: Corey may miss the old days, but Carmella is making it clear the baby stage runs the house right now. Random date nights and last-minute plans can wait — diapers, recovery, and real life come first.
