The exact time Andy Williams was pronounced dead has now been revealed following The Butcher’s fatal collapse at an Enjoy Wrestling event.

According to a timeline released after the September 5 medical emergency, Williams was pronounced dead at 9:43 p.m. ET after arriving at Allegheny General Hospital unresponsive and never regaining consciousness.

Famous Davis, who previously spoke directly with Ringside News about Williams’ passing, said he first contacted a social worker at Allegheny General Hospital at 10:14 p.m. ET. Davis said the social worker confirmed Williams had died and told him he never regained consciousness after arriving.

“10:14pm est – I had a conversation with an Allegheny General social worker who confirmed his passing to me, and also verified that he never regained consciousness upon arrival. She also confirmed next of kin had been notified.”

Davis said the social worker then offered to connect him with the medical examiner for additional information. Two minutes later, Davis says he spoke with the Allegheny County Medical Examiner’s office and was given the exact time Williams was pronounced dead.

“10:17pm est – the Allegheny General social worker stated she can send me over to the ME for additional details.”

“10:19pm est – I speak with the Allegheny County ME where she informs me that Andy arrived unresponsive and never regained consciousness as they tried all life saving measures until they called his TOD at 9:43pm and confirmed they scheduled an autopsy for after the Labor Day holiday.”

That puts Williams’ time of death at 9:43 p.m. ET, less than an hour before Davis says he received confirmation from hospital personnel. Davis said he waited until 10:36 p.m. ET before publicly announcing the death after receiving multiple confirmations.

“10:36pm – I post about the passing of Andy Miller after receiving multiple confirmations. Some wrestlers liked the post some were hoping it wasn’t true. But it was TRUE!!”

Williams had collapsed near the end of his match at Enjoy Wrestling’s Five Years event at Mr. Smalls Theatre in Millvale, Pennsylvania. He was teaming with longtime partner The Blade against TME when the medical emergency unfolded.

Medical personnel immediately began CPR before Williams was taken away by ambulance. Emergency dispatch audio later obtained by TMZ also indicated Williams had “hit his head” on a ring post before the situation escalated. Williams died following the medical emergency at 48 years old.

There is still no official cause of death, and the mention of Williams hitting his head does not establish that the impact caused his collapse. An autopsy is expected to provide more answers. The timeline now puts an exact time on the tragic ending to the night: Andy Williams was pronounced dead at 9:43 p.m. ET after medical personnel were unable to revive him.
