Brooke Hogan doesn’t sound too happy about seeing her late father’s Florida mansion change hands. After Hulk Hogan’s longtime Clearwater Beach home was officially sold, Brooke posted a pretty direct message about possessions, memories and what people choose to value.
Brooke reacted to the sale on her Instagram Story after news broke that Hogan’s estate had offloaded the beachfront property. While she didn’t call anyone out by name, she made it clear that selling the house isn’t something she would have done.
“Some people inherit possessions. Others hold on to memories. I suppose the difference is in what we consider valuable. I would have held on to this one forever.”
The message comes after Hogan’s 5,400-square-foot Clearwater mansion sold for $5.9 million. That’s a huge drop from the $10.989 million asking price when the property was originally put on the market in January.
Hogan bought the home for $3.3 million back in 2012 and spent his final years there before his death on July 24, 2025. The beachfront mansion has five bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms, including a massive 1,000-square-foot primary suite overlooking the Gulf.
The mansion wasn’t the only Hogan property to find a buyer either. His neighboring 2,062-square-foot guest cottage sold for another $2.8 million, although it’s unclear whether the same person purchased both homes.
The sale comes as Hogan’s estate continues to deal with several matters following his death. Celebrity branding firm Carma HoldCo Inc. has also filed a lawsuit seeking at least $10 million in damages over allegations connected to Hogan’s Real American Beer venture, claims Hogan’s side has disputed.
Brooke’s message now adds a much more personal side to the sale of the longtime Hogan property. For her, the house clearly represented something that couldn’t simply be measured by its multimillion-dollar price tag.
