Brooke Hogan is speaking out about the medical decisions made near the end of Hulk Hogan’s life, saying she believes several surgeries her father underwent were unnecessary and may have made his condition worse.

During an appearance on The Bubba the Love Sponge Show, Brooke questioned why Hulk Hogan continued having major procedures, including heart and neck surgeries, when she felt he should have avoided them and lived with the pain instead. She made it clear that in her view, at least one of the major operations never needed to happen.

“And that heart surgery, in my opinion, obviously, I was not there for the last two years. That heart surgery was not something that absolutely had to be done.”

When the conversation shifted to whether she was referring only to the heart procedure or also the neck surgery, Brooke didn’t back off her stance and made it clear she believed both were mistakes.

“Both. I would have said, you got to live with the pain.”

Brooke went on to explain why she believes Hulk Hogan ended up needing so many procedures in the first place. According to her, his constant travel and refusal to slow down played a major role in the physical problems that led to surgery.

“First of all, the only reason he needed things done and he was in pain was because he was wearing himself out on the road too much.”

She also pointed to comments from others close to Hulk Hogan, saying there were already doubts about at least one surgery after it happened.

“Like Sky said in the thing, she said, ‘I wish we would have never done the neck surgery.’ It's like, yeah, because it was unnecessary.”

Brooke continued by warning about the dangers of repeated operations, especially when anesthesia is involved. She said the toll those procedures take on the body was something she and others were worried about.

“I found out about another unnecessary surgery that, you know, and every surgery puts your heart, the anesthesia, everything is just so bad for you.”

She explained that at one point, she and Jen pushed back hard and urged Hulk Hogan to stop undergoing more procedures altogether.

“Me and Jen told him no more surgeries. Like, we're done. No more anesthesia. No more like, let's just, you're good now. Let's just ride it out.”

Brooke Hogan’s comments add to the growing list of emotional and controversial revelations about Hulk Hogan’s final years, especially when it comes to the decisions surrounding his health and medical care.
