Brie Bella just dropped a shocking confession — she almost packed up her life and moved to Washington state to live off-grid with husband Bryan Danielson, but a last-minute panic attack stopped the whole thing cold.

The Bella Twins podcast host got into it on a recent episode of “The Nikki and Brie Show,” during a conversation with guest Elliot Taylor about the appeal of living far from civilization. Taylor kicked things off by explaining his own taste for total isolation, telling the twins, “So I like to be completely in the middle of nowhere,” adding that he wants a view that’s “just, you know, wild.”

That’s when Brie Bella jumped in with the real tea. She admitted the remote lifestyle isn’t just a fantasy for her family — it’s something her husband has wanted “bad.” So what actually happened? According to Brie, the Washington plan got far enough along that it felt real — and then her nerves shut it down entirely just days before it would’ve gone through.

“There’s times I think to myself, well, I really want that. ‘Cause Brian wants that bad. Like we just dealt with this situation where I almost moved to Washington for him, and then I had a huge anxiety attack the last week. And I’m like, ‘I can’t do it.'”

The WWE Hall of Famer also got real about the tug-of-war between her husband’s off-grid dreams and her own need for a walkable neighborhood, comparing herself to a European who wants coffee shops within reach.

“I also feel like I’m a little European where I like to walk to a coffee shop. We’re — we’re about walking to places. I love that. I like that I don’t have to get in a car, but then I also do wanna feel out, but not so far out. I don’t know. I feel like sometimes I get bipolar with the whole situation.”

Taylor reassured her she’s exactly where she’s supposed to be, and Nikki backed that up too, pointing out Brie can still get her remote fix without a permanent move.

“What I love about here is we don’t see big buildings, we don’t see airports. Like, I don’t see anything that reminds me of a big city. So that’s where, yeah, it still feels small.”

For now, it sounds like the couple is staying put — but if Bryan’s pull toward isolation keeps growing, don’t be shocked if this Washington conversation comes back around.
