Braun Strowman is still built like a damn tank, and he made sure everyone knew it with his latest Instagram post.
The former WWE star took to Instagram on July 16, 2026 and put the spotlight exactly where he wanted it—his massive arms. Strowman shared a flexing photo and made it crystal clear that he still believes nobody in wrestling can touch him when it comes to biceps.
“Then, now, forever……. The best and biggest biceps in wrestling and now Culinary TV!!!!”
That is not exactly a subtle message, but subtle has never really been Braun Strowman’s thing. He posted the shot showing off one of his trademark monster-sized arms, and the whole point of the post was obvious from the jump. He wanted people talking about the size of those biceps.
Strowman has always carried himself like one of the strongest men to ever step inside a wrestling ring, so this is right in line with the image he has built for years. Even after his WWE run, he is clearly still leaning into the same larger-than-life persona that made him stand out in the first place. Whether fans agree with him or not, Strowman definitely made his point loud and clear with one flex.
