Becky Lynch has spent years calling herself “The Man,” but when it comes to the actual man in her life, she knows exactly what keeps Seth Rollins at the top of her list. Lynch was asked what qualities she finds most attractive in men, and her answer quickly turned into a pretty sweet shoutout to her husband.
The moment happened during Lynch’s appearance on the Boy Talk Talk Show, where the entire conversation revolved around masculinity, relationships and plenty of intentionally ridiculous questions. The hosts eventually dropped the comedy for a moment and asked Lynch what she actually looks for in a man and what she considers masculine. Lynch initially laughed at the question before giving a pretty straightforward answer.
“Um… I don’t know why it’s funny. I, uh, I would say maybe intelligence and kindness. Top of the top of the list.”
That answer immediately got roasted by one of the hosts, who told Lynch that she had just described somebody who sounded pretty boring. That’s when Becky dropped the punchline — and made it clear she wasn’t talking about some imaginary perfect guy.
“I was thinking of my husband. Great lad.”
So much for boring. Lynch and Rollins have been together for years and celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary in June 2026, with Becky publicly calling those five years her favorite. The couple married in 2021 after welcoming their daughter Roux in December 2020.
Their family life has also become something Lynch has been much more open about lately. She recently revealed that having another child with Rollins is still on the table, saying “maybe one more” when discussing whether Roux could eventually get a younger sibling.
That makes Lynch’s Boy Talk answer hit a little differently. She wasn’t rattling off some fantasy checklist when she mentioned intelligence and kindness — she was literally sitting there describing the guy she already went home to.
Becky Lynch and Seth Rollins have no problem tearing people apart on WWE television, but away from the cameras, Lynch made it pretty clear that what keeps Rollins in the No. 1 spot has nothing to do with championships, muscles or how hard he can hit a Stomp. For Becky, being smart, being kind and being a “great lad” apparently gets the job done.
