Austin Creed didn’t just walk into AEW with a new name and a new home — the former Xavier Woods showed up looking like he put his old body through the shredder too.

Creed took to X on September 5, 2026, and dropped a side-by-side look at his physical transformation, comparing where he was in July 2025 to where he is now. The difference is hard to miss, with Creed looking noticeably leaner and far more defined in the latest shot. And the timing couldn’t be much crazier. Creed rattled off a ridiculous run that included signing with AEW, debuting at All In, making his first Dynamite appearance, hitting Dragon Con and then turning 40.

“This week has been one of the biggest weeks of my life.

Saturday – Sign with @AEW
Sunday – Debut at All In
Wednesday – Debut on Dynamite
Thursday – 1st night the 40th anniversary of @DragonCon
Today – My 40th birthday”

After thanking everyone who has backed him over the years, Creed made it clear that landing in AEW isn’t some victory lap. He’s treating it like the start of another grind. Then came the line that matched the photos perfectly.

“Thank you to everyone who has supported me over the years. And now in this new environment, its time to get to work. Im on a New Level…”

“CHECK THE BODY”

The first photo was labeled “Week 0 — July 8, 2025,” while the second showed Creed looking significantly more cut more than a year later. No long fitness speech was necessary — he basically let the pictures do the talking.

Creed’s first week in AEW has already been loaded, but flexing a year-plus transformation on his 40th birthday might be the biggest personal victory of the bunch. New company, new chapter, and judging by those photos, he didn’t exactly arrive planning to coast.

What do you think of Austin Creed’s body transformation since July 2025, and do you think this new version of the former Xavier Woods is about to hit another level in AEW? Drop your thoughts and leave your feedback in the comments.
