The match starts off with Mistico and Titan. Mistico then looks for a handshake and Titan obliges before catching Mistico by surprise with a dropkick and some stomps. Both men then get to trading offense until Mistico takes Titan down with a headscissors takedown, but in the process Nick Jackson gets a tag as does Dorada. Nick Jackson then avoids the offense of Dorada before both men hit a dropkick and jump back to their feet. Dorada then hits the ropes, but is caught by the Bucks only to take them to the mat with an arm drag. Takagi then makes a tag to get in, but Dorada sends him to the ropes where Takagi takes him down with a shoulder tackle before making a tag to Titan.

Unbound Co. are now in control as they chop at the chest of Dorada, keeping him off his game before Titan hits a springboard splash for a two count. Dorada then dodges an attack by Takagi on his way up and he makes a tag to Mistico who takes him out of the ring. Titan and Takagi then hit a double team move on Matt Jackson for a two count before Nick Jackson comes in with a flurry of offense sending them both to the mat with an arm drag. Mistico then gets a tag and he takes the Bucks out with an arm drag of his own before El Sky Team hit a double tiger feint kick on both men. They then leave the ring for safety, but it doesn’t last long as Dorada hits a shooting star press from the middle rope sending the rest of the men to the floor.

Chaos then ensues as all six men return to the ring, trading superkicks and other strikes before Takagi gets laid out by El Sky Team and the Bucks. These men then turn their attention to each other with another flurry of offense until everyone is laying on the canvas. The four men then get to their feet and Takagi is back up as well and he hits a back elbow on the Bucks and Dorada, only for Mistico to dodge it and he hits a kick in the corner on Takagi instead. Takagi then hits him with a slam, but is taken out by the Bucks before Dorada hits a shooting star press, allowing Mistico to set him up for La Mistica. Takagi is refusing to quit, but he doesn’t have to as the Bucks break it up.

The match starts off with both men trading offense. Sabre Jr. then takes control as he takes Omega to the mat. Omega then starts to regain control before Sabre Jr. breaks free, forcing Omega to the corner as he poses in confidence. Sabre Jr. then goes after the hands of Omega with some stomps before hitting him with a shoulder tackle in the corner. Omega then fights back and he takes Sabre Jr. to the mat with a hurricanrana before Sabre Jr. rolls to the outside, only to be taken to the floor with a dive by Omega.

Omega then starts to walk away, but Sabre Jr. doesn’t take well to that as he goes back after Omega’s hand some more. Omega then fights back with a strike, only for Sabre Jr. to respond in kind. Omega then takes a chop that sends Sabre Jr. to a knee and Omega has an opening as he grabs Sabre Jr. by the head and slams him into the nearest announce desk. The referee is admonishing him, but Omega pays little mind as he stomps away at Sabre Jr. some more before taking a lid off the announce desk and slams it onto Sabre Jr., allowing him to get to the apron for a double foot stomp, driving the tabletop onto Sabre Jr. Omega then places Sabre Jr. onto the table now, but Sabre Jr. fights back only for Omega to hit some hard strikes to wear him down.

Sabre Jr. then stops Omega from going for a suplex, tying him up in an octopus hold on the table. Both men then fall off and Omega takes the brunt of the damage. Sabre Jr. is enjoying this as he gets back to his feet and to the ring, intercepting a returning Omega to stomp at his hand and arm. Sabre Jr. then gets a “you’re a d**khead” chant from the crowd, something he enjoys as he goes back to work on Omega’s arm. Sabre Jr. then hits a boot to the hand before the referee forces him to back off and he does just for a bit before hitting an uppercut. Omega then fights back with a strike, but is sent back to the corner where Sabre Jr. hits a boot only for Omega to follow him across the ring for one of his own. Omega then turns things around with some more strikes, forcing Sabre Jr. to leave the ring to the outside where Omega drops him to the floor with a dive over the ropes.

Omega then brings Sabre Jr. back into the ring, favoring his arm as he goes to the turnbuckle for a dropkick. Omega then goes for a cover, but he only gets a two. Omega then continues the attack before Sabre Jr. heads to the corner, where he catches the arm of Omega before attacking it some more. Omega then breaks free and both men trade some more strikes. Sabre Jr. then gets caught with a knee strike by Omega, who takes a hard forearm by Sabre Jr. in response but still manages to send him to the mat with a snap dragon suplex. Sabre Jr. is barely able to get to his feet before Omega hits another one for good measure, following up with some knees to the ribs. He then takes Sabre Jr. to his back for a cover and a near fall before bringing Sabre Jr. back to his feet where Sabre Jr. rolls him up for a near fall of his own, only for Omega to roll through.

Cross arm breaker then doesn’t get cinched in as Sabre Jr. manages to break free. Omega then gets back to his feet, turning Sabre Jr. around for a snap dragon but Sabre Jr. spins through for an armbar instead. Omega then struggles before rolling through, getting to the ropes to force a break. Sabre Jr. then goes right back on the arm as he stomps away at it. Omega then slowly gets back to his feet to hit some chops on Sabre Jr., who responds with a kick to the arm. He then goes for it again, but this time Omega blocks it to send Sabre Jr. to the mat. Omega then looks to go for something, but drops Sabre Jr. due to his arm. Sabre Jr. then starts to get an opening but gets sent to the corner instead, where Omega hits a V-Trigger that drives Sabre Jr. face first into the turnbuckle. Omega then brings Sabre Jr. onto his shoulders before climbing the turnbuckle for what appears to be an avalanche One-Winged Angel, but Sabre Jr. gets a hold in on Omega to stop it.

This then turns out badly for him as Omega drops to the mat, driving his opponent down in the process. Omega then gets to his feet, hitting a series of knee strikes on Sabre Jr. as the crowd roars in approval. Omega then backs off for a running knee, but Sabre Jr. blocks it twisting Omega around for an ankle lock. Omega then breaks free, setting Sabre Jr. up for a reverse rana that drops Sabre Jr. down hard. Omega then goes for a cover, but Sabre Jr. kicks out. Sabre Jr. then gets to the ropes and Omega goes for a V-Trigger, but Sabre Jr. dodges it and he rolls Omega up with a neck bridge for a near fall of his own. Omega then keeps up the pressure, forcing Sabre Jr. to the ropes for a V-Trigger that connects this time. He then goes for a One-Winged Angel, but Sabre Jr. breaks free and rolls him up tight for another two count.

He then hits Omega with a Zack Driver, but this also gets a near fall as Omega manages to kick out. Both men then fight to their feet, trading strikes along the way until Omega hits Sabre Jr. with a snap dragon followed by a knee strike. He then hoists Sabre Jr. up for a One-Winged Angel, but Sabre Jr. turns it around to go for a triangle hold. Omega then looks like he’s fading, only to find his way back to his feet for a single arm powerbomb that drops Sabre Jr. down hard. He then hits one more knee strike and a One-Winged Angel for the win.

The winner of the Singles Match, The Elite’s “The Best Bout Machine” Kenny Omega!

The match starts off with both men locking up. Moxley then takes control with a waist lock, circling around for a front facelock only for Bandido to get back to his feet and break free. Moxley then doesn’t let up and he cinches in a wristlock before Bandido rolls through to get out of the grip. He then wrings Moxley’s arm now, only for Moxley to break free and mock Bandido with his own pose. Bandido then responds by getting the crowd to call Moxley some disparaging words. Moxley then starts to do something similar before flipping off Bandido and both men go back to work on a trade of offense. Moxley then hits the ropes and leaps over Bandido’s legs and both men trade verbal jabs some more before Bandido hits a chop. Moxley then gives one of his own to Bandido and the two go back and forth on this until Bandido drops to a knee.

They then go back at it, with Moxley shifting to body shots before Bandido intercepts him with a dropkick. Moxley then evades a dodge, hitting a dropkick to the knee of Bandido before diving through the ropes to send him to the floor. Moxley then brings Bandido back into the ring, but this only allows Bandido to hit a dive of his own sending Moxley to the floor. Bandido then brings Moxley back in the ring now, but Moxley fights back with a double boot from the corner. Moxley then sends Bandido out of the ring, setting up the ring steps before looking for a piledriver. Moxley then hits it to send Bandido’s head onto the steel. Moxley raises his hands as the referee goes to check on Bandido. We then see that Bandido is busted open and Moxley takes a bite out of Bandido.

Moxley then brings Bandido back to the ring by his mask, which he then starts ripping away at to a big round of boos from the crowd. Moxley then circles around Bandido, egging him on as Bandido hits a forearm on Moxley only to be dropped back to the mat. Moxley then hits some hard shots over and over until the referee intervenes. Bandido then gets to his feet in the corner and Moxley hits a flurry of shots before Bandido takes him off the turnbuckle with a powerbomb to the mat. Bandido then adjusts his mask before getting to his feet and with Moxley back up they are now trading shots back and forth again. Moxley then goes after the mask again and this riles Bandido up as he takes Moxley to the corner for a series of punches. Moxley then fends him back, but takes a dropkick on his way out. Moxley is up and he sends Bandido to the corner, only for Bandido to fight back with a knee strike for a two count.

Bandido then gets to his feet and hoists Moxley up with one arm for a press slam before climbing up top for a frog splash onto the knees of Moxley. Moxley then seems fired up as he gets back to his feet as does Bandido. They then go back and forth on strikes once more, each using the ropes for momentum in the process. Bandido then hits a big kick and he follows it up with a German suplex. He then goes for a 21 Plex but gets caught with a lariat by Moxley, who follows it up with a Death Rider DDT. Moxley then goes for a cover, but Bandido kicks out. Moxley then mocks Bandido’s taunt again before bringing Bandido to the corner, setting up for some sort of Death Rider but Bandido bites him to fight back. Bandido then sets Moxley up for a Moonsault and aBattery off the top rope and he hits it. Bandido then goes for a cover, but Moxley kicks out.

Moxley then goes to the ropes for leverage on his way back up, allowing Bandido to go for a 21 Plex but Moxley turns it around for a choke on the ropes. Moxley then pulls Bandido in to cinch the hold in, but Bandido rolls through for a cover and a two count. Moxley then rolls through this time, cinching the hold in deep. Bandido then powers his way up to his feet, but Moxley is still on his shoulders. Bandido then sends Moxley onto the mat. Moxley then holds on tight and gets a body scissors locked in. Bandido then passes out and the referee calls for the bell.

The winner and still the AEW Continental Champion, The Death Riders’ Jon Moxley!

After the match, Moxley takes a moment to celebrate the win as Brody King comes down to check on Bandido. Moxley calls him away before bringing Bandido to the center of the ring for a handshake, showing a bit of respect before leaving the ring with his title to leave through the crowd.

PAC then heads to the corner to get back to his feet, but so does Umino who hits some shots on PAC. PAC then starts to break free, but is sent back into the corner for some more shots. PAC is then taken to the canvas with a fisherman suplex as Umino gets a two and he follows it up with a snap German suplex before sending PAC to the apron on his way to the outside.

The referee then starts a new count as Umino goes back after PAC, bringing him back into the ring only for PAC to roll to the outside again. Umino then gets a running start as he hits a dropkick driving PAC into the barricade and he sends him to the floor with a draping DDT. The referee then starts another count up to seven before Umino gets PAC to the ring. Umino then drops PAC to the mat for a cover, but only gets a two count for his efforts. PAC then starts to fight back before being sent to the outside, where Umino decides to grab a table from under the ring despite the referee’s admonishment. PAC then brings Umino back into the ring, setting him up on the turnbuckle for an avalanche belly-to-belly suplex. PAC then goes for a cover, but Umino kicks out at two. Crowd then chants for both women as they get to their feet, still trading shots until Kid takes Thekla to a knee with some forearms. One more gets Thekla wobbly as Kid hits the ropes, running into a right hand by Thekla. Kid is now on the ropes and Thekla hits her with a boot, sending her back to the canvas. Thekla then goes up top as Kid gets back up, allowing her to hit a diving cross body for a near fall.

Thekla then heads to the corner for a spider pose, but Kid dodges a spear to attack Thekla’s knee. Numero Dos is locked in as Kid hoists Thekla up, swinging her around before dropping her to the canvas. Thekla then crawls toward the ropes but is caught with a leg across the neck, keeping her trapped. Kid then nearly traps the final limb here, but Thekla narrowly gets to the ropes to force the break only for Kid to hit another Divine Punishment. Cover by Kid, but Thekla manages to kick out. Kid then heads up top for a moonsault press and another cover and Thekla kicks out again.

Kid then brings Thekla to her feet, only to be caught with an O’Connor roll but she manages to kick out at two to save her title hopes. Thekla then dodges a knee strike to hit a spear, but this is not enough for the win as Kid kicks out again. Thekla then hits a stomp on Kid, pointing to the STARDOM President before hitting a second one for the win.

The winner and still the AEW Women’s World Champion, Triangle of Madness’ “The Toxic Spider” Thekla!

After the match, a visibly distraught Taro Okada watches on as Thekla celebrates her win. She is then joined by Julia Hart and Skye Blue, who hand Thekla a pair of scissors. She then cuts away at Starlight Kid’s mask, ripping it off her face as the referee is quick to get a towel to hide her face. Thekla then shows some massive disrespect by spitting into the mask and attacking the STARDOM President at ringside with it. Taro Okada is then down as Thekla celebrates with Kid’s mask and her title while heading up the ramp with her Triangle of Madness teammates.

We then get a video package hyping up the World Tag Team Championship Match as Cage & Cope defend against The Dogs.

The Dogs then make their way down to the ring for the next match of Forbidden Door and Cage & Cope follow.

AEW World Tag Team Championship Match: Cage & Cope (Christian Cage and “The Rated R Superstar” Adam Copeland) (c) vs. The Dogs (David Finlay and Clark Connors)

The match starts off with Christian Cage and Clark Connors and both men lock up, taking the fight to the corner. Cage then starts to get the advantage until Connors hits a few shots to gain control. He then gets Cage in the corner before the referee intervenes and this gives Cage an opening for a sunset flip and a two count. Tags are then made to Copeland and Finlay, who trade offense until Copeland sends Finlay to the mat with a side headlock. Finlay then rolls through for a near fall, but Copeland still has the hold in tight. Finlay then goes for one of his own but is taken to the mat by Copeland, who gets a tag to Cage for a double team. Connors then tries to get involved but gets pulled into a sensitive spot on Finlay and he escapes to the corner where Cage hits some punches.

Cage then turns his attention to Finlay, who tries to beg him off. Cage then deals with Connors first, but gets sent to the outside where he lands on his previously-injured wrist. The Dogs then continue the attack until Copeland forces them away and Cage is brought back into the ring for a near fall by Finlay. Cage then starts to fight back, but he is sent to the corner for some stomps. Finlay then gets a near fall before tagging in Connors, who continues to go after the arm of Cage. Tag is then made back to Finlay, who wrings the arm before pulling Cage to the canvas. Finlay then mocks Copeland to the point where the referee has to hold him back, not realizing the Dogs are double teaming Cage in the corner.

Cage then manages to fight back, but is unable to get a tag to Copeland as Copeland is pulled down hard by Connors. Finlay then brings Cage to the outside, where he and Connors trap his arm underneath the ring steps. Connors then gets on the apron, looking to do some major damage but is intercepted by Copeland. Copeland then brings Cage back to the ring, hoping for a tag and he gets it. He then fends off Connors as Finlay goes after Copeland, only to take an Impaler DDT to the mat allowing Copeland to get a near fall. Finlay then heads to the corner, evading a spear before he and Connors go on the offense. They then wait in the corner for a double team, but Connors is pulled out of the ring by Cage. He then sets Finlay up for a splash on the ropes by Copeland. Connors then attacks Cage on the outside before setting up for a high-low on Copeland, who manages to kick out.

They then set Copeland up for a Full Clip, but Copeland counters back with a suplex on Finlay sending him into Connors instead. Copeland goes for a spear, but Finlay leapfrogs over him and into a spear by Cage instead. Cage then goes for a cover, but Clark sends the referee into them to force a break. Copeland then heads to the corner as does Connors and we get a dueling spear that forces them both down to the mat. Finlay then grabs a shillelagh and nails Cope down hard with it, but the lights suddenly cut out only to reveal the Bang Bang Gang under a spotlight on the stage. They then don’t come down for the save, but the returning “Switchblade” Jay White does, who pulls the weapon out of Finlay’s hand before Finlay gets hits with a spear by Copeland for the win.

The winners and still the AEW World Tag Team Champions, Cage & Cope (Christian Cage and “The Rated R Superstar” Adam Copeland)!

After the match, Jay White leaves the ring to celebrate with his boys on the ramp, while Cage & Cope celebrate their victory.

We then get a video package hyping the finals of the Women’s Owen Hart Tournament as Maya World face Mercedes Moné.

Maya World then makes her way down to the ring for the next match of Forbidden Door and Mercedes Moné follows.

Owen Hart Foundation Women’s Tournament Finals Match (Winner Receives An AEW Women’s World Championship Match At All In): “The CEO” Mercedes Moné vs. Maya World

The match starts off with Maya World tries to catch Mercedes Moné by surprise with some early near falls, but Moné fights back from the ropes with a headscissors takedown only for World to pop back up and she mocks Moné in the process. Moné then sends World to the corner but World fights back, sending Moné to the outside for a cannonball senton to send her to the floor. World then heads back to the ring and Moné follows, only to be nearly caught in the Statement Maker by World. Moné then breaks free, forcing World to the corner for a stomp before sending her through the ropes and to the outside. Moné then brings World back into the corner for a near fall and she is forced to back away from her in the corner.

Moné then charges for a running Meteora, but World catches it and takes her across the ring. World then takes Moné down hard with a suplex, but Moné catches her in the corner to set up for a Meteora driving her into the apron and one to the floor for good measure. Moné then brings World back into the ring before going up top for one more Meteora and a pin, only for World to kick out. Moné then catches her in the corner for a boot to the throat and she follows it up with a snapmare to the center. Moné then hits a running Meteora and goes for a cover, but only gets a near fall. Moné then responds to this by sending World to the outside, mocking her as the referee goes to check on World by leading the crowd in a ten count before mocking the crowd by flipping them off after bringing World back into the ring.

Moné then hits a backstabber and she holds on to a straitjacket position before taking World to the corner. She then goes for a double boot but gets caught by World, who hits a sunset flip for a two count. Moné then looks for a tombstone piledriver before World counters out and this goes back and forth until Moné hits a double stomp. She then runs World down verbally while shoving her and this fires World up as she gets to her feet for a flurry of strikes. Moné then pulls World down by her hair, only to take a boot to the face before World gets back up for a double stomp on Moné. Both women then slowly get to their feet, only for World to hit a dropkick and a springboard twisting cutter for the cover but Moné manages to get a shoulder up just in time. World is back up and she hits a Shining Wizard on Moné, who gets to the ropes to stop any further momentum.

Moné then fires back now, setting up for a series of vertical suplexes and the Three Amigos hit. Moné then pulls World away from the ropes, stepping on her on the way to the turnbuckle. She then goes up top, looking for a frog splash but takes a pair of knees instead. World then starts fighting back again until Moné traps her in a Statement Maker in the middle of the ring. World then turns it around as she gets a boot on the rope. Moné then tries to pull her away and World gets a clutch for a two count. She then hits a fall away suplex for a cover, but rolls through for a second one. She then hoists Moné up one more time, looking behind her before sending Moné through the ropes and to the floor outside. The referee then checks on Moné as World builds up speed for a dive through the ropes, bringing Moné back into the ring before going up top for a diving senton. World then goes for a cover, but it’s only good for two as Moné kicks out.

Moné then starts to fight back, turning things around as she looks for a powerbomb in the corner. World then fights out of that, but gets sent into the turnbuckle with a sunset flip bomb by Moné but World manages to kick out. She then brings World up looking for a lungblower, but World hits a headscissors to take her down instead. She then goes for a cover but Moné turns it around, hitting a Money Maker but World kicks out at two, much to the chagrin of Moné. World then blocks a second Money Maker for a bridge and a two count, only for Moné to hit a kick to the head. Backstabber is blocked as World gets to the ropes, setting up on the apron for a sunset flip powerbomb sending Moné to the floor. She then gets on the rope for a springboard moonsault before taking Moné back into the ring, climbing up top for a moonsault press. World then goes for a cover, but Moné kicks out once again.

World then goes for another cover but is cradled by Moné, but World kicks out before transitioning into the Statement Maker. Moné then crawls toward the ropes, only for World to roll through allowing Moné to counter into a Statement Maker of her own. World then crawls toward the ropes as Moné tries to trap the arm. World then nearly gets to the ropes but is turned over for a pin, only to counter into a pin of her own. This then ends in a near fall as Moné cinches in the Statement Maker one more time. World is then trapped in the middle of the ring as Moné pulls back on the hold, forcing World to tap out.

The winner of the Owen Hart Foundation Women’s Tournament Finals Match, “The CEO” Mercedes Moné!

After the match, Mercedes Moné heads up the ramp to celebrate her win with some pyro and a graphic noting that she is heading to All In for a shot at the Women’s World Championship.

We then head to an interview with Athena, who gives Moné kudos for winning the Owen again before running down World down for not being “championship material.”

We then get a video package hyping up the 12-Man Tag Team Steel Cage Match between Team DCMJF and Team Briscoe.

Team DCMJF then make their way down to the ring for the next match of Forbidden Door and Team Briscoe follow.

12-Man Tag Team Steel Cage Match (If Team Briscoe wins, Briscoe Will Earn An AEW World Championship Match Against MJF): Team Briscoe (The Conglomeration’s Mark Briscoe and AEW World Trios Champions “Freshly Squeezed” Orange Cassidy, Roderick Strong and Kyle O’Reilly, AEW International Champion “The Alpha” Konosuke Takeshita and Darby Allin) vs. Team DCMJF (AEW World Champion MJF and Don Callis Family’s AEW TNT Champion “The Jet” Kevin Knight, “The Protostar” Kyle Fletcher, Jake Doyle, “The Rainmaker” Kazuchika Okada and Andrade El Ídolo)

The match starts off with all 12 men going at it and eventually clearing out the ring with MJF standing tall on the turnbuckle. He then focuses on watching the chaos continue as we see Doyle powerbomb Allin onto the apron and against the side of the cage. Okada then sends Strong into the cage wall as Knight works with Doyle to get a table from under the ring. MJF then joins in on the attack, mocking Allin with a stomp as Andrade helps set one of the tables up. Doyle then grabs another table from under the ring, this one with a Team DCMJF design on it. The crowd then lets Callis know how they feel as MJF poses on the apron to boos and Andrade gets in front of him to get some cheers instead.

He then starts to take off his pants only to get into an argument with MJF and things have broken down between this team as Strong attacks them with a hockey equipment. In the meantime, Briscoe and O’Reilly come into the ring with a couple backpacks. O’Reilly then opens one bag to unveil an NES console, along with a pair of controllers that they attack Fletcher with. O’Reilly then hits Fletcher with the console itself before Briscoe opens the other backpack, pouring out a pile of thumbtacks onto the canvas. Okada then comes in for the save, sending Strong to the outside where Doyle swings him into the cage wall. Back in the ring, O’Reilly goes after Fletcher before being sent to the outside and Briscoe tries to intervene from the turnbuckle before being launched onto the tacks instead.

Allin then comes into the ring with a skateboard to attack Fletcher, only for MJF to attack him from behind. Allin then starts to fight back, looking to send MJF onto the tacks but a back body drop from MJF sends Allin flipping up and over and landing on the tacks with what appears to be one hitting him in the eye. MJF then sends him to the outside before using a push broom to clear the tacks out of the ring before he gets sent out of the ring by Briscoe. Cassidy then opens the last backpack to reveal a note from Willow Nightingale wishing the group luck inside a bag full of orange slices. The team then gets some Vitamin C before Fletcher tries to go after them, only to be propped up as Cassidy unleashes some oranges upon the wounds of Fletcher.

Okada and Doyle then clear this out before Takeshita cuts off Okada and the two trade offense before Okada takes a knee. Takeshita then opens up the final backpack, only to give Okada the gift of a one-finger salute. Okada then can’t help but smirk at this as he goes after him, with Fletcher joining in only to be nearly caught by a Rainmaker lariat. Takeshita then turns this around by grabbing Fletcher in a waist lock. Fletcher then grabs onto Okada for balance, but both men get sent up and over with a double German suplex by Takeshita. This then leaves us with just Allin and Knight in the ring and both men hit shots on each other until Allin sends Knight away from the corner. He then sets up for something in the corner, but is blindsided by Knight with a steel chair. Doyle then props the chair up as Knight hits a coast to coast dropkick, but it’s only good for two as Briscoe breaks it up.

Briscoe is then blindsided by MJF who attacks him with the chair, mocking the crowd before digging into a cut on Briscoe’s head. MJF then puts on his Dynamite Diamond Ring before instructing Okada to pull a weapon out from the hockey bag but that weapon is actually “Blackheart” Lio Rush. Rush then scares MJF off before taking a bite out of the hand of Okada. He then heads back into the ring to knock Okada off the apron before looking to MJF and his ring. MJF then has had enough as he backs off from Rush, who takes a Rainmaker lariat from Okada before MJF sends him to the outside. He then calls for Doyle and Knight to put him back into the bag, but this just opens MJF up to an attack from Briscoe. Briscoe then gets a ladder and puts it over his head, spinning around to lay out DCMJF in the process. MJF then leaves the ring, looking to avoid the wrath of Briscoe.

MJF then finally gets back into the ring, fighting it out with Briscoe until a double team from Strong and O’Reilly ends with MJF being put through a table. Andrade then drops O’Reilly into the corner, propping a chair against him for a running Meteora driving the chair into his face. Takeshita then blindsides Andrade, only to deal with Okada coming back into the ring. They then trade strikes until Okada sends Takeshita to the apron. Takeshita then blocks a tombstone attempt for a back body drop onto the apron and he follows it up with a Power Drive Knee. Fletcher then hits Takeshita with a thrust kick, but Takeshita blocks a brainbuster to send Fletcher through the table with a Blue Thunder Bomb. Back in the ring, MJF blocks a Jay Driller attempt with a low blow but Cassidy stops him from attacking Briscoe with the diamond ring.

He then takes a right hand instead, but this opens MJF to a Scorpion Death Drop by Allin. Allin then hits a Coffin Drop before going for a cover and Knight goes for a UFO Splash to break the pin, only for Allin to roll away as Knight crashes onto MJF instead. Allin then sends Knight into the corner, but Knight heads to the top of the cage as Allin follows close behind. There is a bag up there that Allin left at the start of the match and as Knight goes for it for a weapon it explodes, forcing Knight off the cage to the floor as Allin hits a Coffin Drop onto the rest of the competitors on the other side. Back in the ring, Briscoe hits a Jay Driller on MJF for the cover, but Doyle breaks it up. He then hits Briscoe with a steel chair before helping MJF to his feet. Doyle then starts to hold Briscoe up for MJF to attack him with the ring, but he demands that Andrade do it as the crowd chants “take your pants off.”

Andrade is hesitant and even tells MJF he won’t, but eventually does his part as MJF charges at Briscoe only for Andrade to drop Briscoe aside and hit a Dia de los Muertos on MJF instead. He then shouts at MJF as Doyle shouts at him, only to be knocked away as Andrade tears the team shirt off to reveal one that reads “F–K DON F–K MJF” instead. Briscoe is back on his feet and he hits a Jay Driller on Doyle for the win.

The winners of the 12-Man Tag Team Steel Cage Match, Team Briscoe (The Conglomeration’s Mark Briscoe and AEW World Trios Champions “Freshly Squeezed” Orange Cassidy, Roderick Strong and Kyle O’Reilly, AEW International Champion “The Alpha” Konosuke Takeshita and Darby Allin)!

After the match, the rest of the group are torn between getting Lio Rush out of the bag and simply bringing that bag up the ramp as they celebrate the win.

Commentary then takes a look at the upcoming Survival of the Fittest Match for the TBS Championship on AEW Dynamite this Wednesday before a vignette shows Willow Nightingale working on her comeback journey.

We then head to the back, where Mark Briscoe cuts a promo and says he wants his world title shot as soon as possible, calling his shot for this Wednesday on Dynamite.

We then get a video package looking at the build to the main event of the night, the Owen Hart Foundation Men’s Tournament Finals Match between Will Ospreay and Swerve Strickland.

Will Ospreay then makes his way down to the ring for the main event of Forbidden Door and Swerve Strickland follows.

Owen Hart Foundation Men’s Tournament Finals Match (Winner Receives An AEW World Championship Match At All In): “The Aerial Assassin” Will Ospreay vs. Swerve Strickland

The match starts off with both men going at it, trying to bring things to an end quick. Ospreay then gets sent to the corner but fights back, forcing Strickland to regroup on the outside. Strickland then returns to the ring, but is quickly sent to the corner by Ospreay only to fight back with a shoulder strike. Ospreay then turns it around, dropping Strickland to the mat before Strickland rolls back out of the ring for a breather. This then gives Ospreay an opening for a dive over the ropes, dropping Strickland to the floor in the process. He then brings Strickland back into the ring for some kicks to the face. Strickland then fights back for a bit before being sent into the turnbuckle by Ospreay, but Strickland turns it around as he drops Ospreay to the canvas.

Ospreay then takes a punch to the head that sends him reeling to the corner and Strickland continues to target the neck when Ospreay is on the canvas. Ospreay then tries to fight back, but is quickly sent back to the mat. Strickland then continues to attack the neck, but Ospreay gets to his feet and fights back with a kick knocking Strickland away before hitting the ropes for a corkscrew kick sending him down. He then hits a springboard attack for a cover, but only gets a two. Strickland then escapes to the corner, but takes a kick by Ospreay sending him to the center only to block a Hidden Blade for a kick of his own. He then keeps Ospreay down with a backbreaker. Ospreay then fights his way back to his feet, hitting some hard forearms in the process. He then dodges an attack from Strickland to hits the ropes, but Strickland hits him with a powerslam of sorts for a two count.

Ospreay then rolls out of the ring as Strickland pulls off the top turnbuckle pad and following Ospreay outside, only to be sent into the ring steps by Ospreay. He then traps Strickland in a cross arm breaker, but it’s on the floor so the referee is calling for Ospreay to break the hold. He then finally does and as the referee looks away Ospreay takes a cup of coffee to the face by Prince Nana. He then confronts Nana about this and that allows Strickland to take control. He then hoists Ospreay up and Ospreay looks to counter with a hurricanrana, only to land hard on the ring apron instead. We then see that Ospreay is busted open, but Strickland doesn’t care as he brings Ospreay back into the ring.

He then mocks Ospreay as he continues the attack, heading to the corner for a House Call and running into a Spanish Fly by Ospreay. Ospreay then struggles to capitalize and this gives Strickland a chance to turn things around, but not for long as Ospreay counters with a Styles Clash. Ospreay then goes for a cover, but Strickland manages to kick out at two. Ospreay then goes to the corner, charging at Strickland with a Hidden Blade but it seems there is less speed and power as Strickland is standing and this allows him to knock Ospreay down with a back elbow. He then goes to the turnbuckle and ascends, only to be dropped to the top rope by Ospreay. Ospreay then climbs up as the two fight it out on the top turnbuckle and Ospreay sends Strickland to the mat with a hurricanrana.

Spinning guillotine then hits, but it’s only good for two. Ospreay then goes for an Oscutter, but Strickland hits him with a Dead Eye instead for a near fall. Ospreay then crawls to the apron where Strickland goes for a Swerve Stomp, but Ospreay evades it before bringing Strickland to the floor. At first it looks like he is going for another Styles Clash, but instead he swings Strickland around before sending him into the corner of the ring steps. Strickland is now busted open as well and the referee checks on him before Ospreay interrupts to slam Strickland face first into the steel steps. With Strickland leaning against the guardrail, Ospreay pulls the ring steps away and brings it towards the announce desk, where he takes the top off.

He then brings Strickland over as the referee calls for him to stop. Nana then grabs Ospreay’s leg to stop him and this leads to Ospreay trying to take a swing at the Nana, only to be laid out with a House Call off the table from Strickland. Strickland then brings Ospreay back to the announce desk, but Ospreay fights back to drop him onto the desk with another Styles Clash. The referee then begins the count as Ospreay slowly gets to his feet and back to the ring. That count then reaches eight when Strickland returns, but Ospreay hits an Oscutter and goes for a cover, only for Strickland to kick out at two. Ospreay then continues the attack, hitting a rolling elbow and several forearms before dropping down for some hard punches on Strickland.

The referee then tells him to back off before starting a standing ten count and at nine, Strickland gets up just enough to shove the referee away. This then opens him up for a Hidden Blade by Ospreay, but it’s only good for two. He then brings Strickland to the corner, setting him up on the top turnbuckle and onto his shoulders before Strickland fights back. Both men then end up in the middle of the ring to exchange near falls until Ospreay pops out of a cover at one to hit a Hidden Blade. This also gets a one count and they end up sending each other to the mat. The referee then begins the standing count here, reaching eight before both men make it back to their feet looking broken and bloodied. A “fight forever” chant then breaks out as the two stare each other down. They then each take off their protective hand gear, leading to a possible bareknuckle fight of sorts. They then get to each corner and look ready to charge at each other, with Ospreay hitting a Hidden Blade followed by a Storm Breaker.

Cover by Ospreay and Strickland kicks out. Ospreay then nearly collides with the referee as he hits the ropes and this allows Strickland to hit a low blow followed by a vertebreaker. He then goes for a cover and this time it’s Ospreay who kicks out. Strickland then powers through for Big Pressure, making the cover once again and once again, Ospreay manages to kick out. We then see Jon Moxley and the Death Riders come to ringside, not to interfere but to will Ospreay to his feet. He then gets to his knees before Strickland hits a House Call, but this only fires him up to his feet as he fights back. He then sends Strickland to the ropes before setting up for a Buckshot Lariat, hitting it for a cover but Strickland kicks out. Ospreay then hits a Paradigm Shift followed by a Death Rider DDT, but he brings Strickland back up one more time hitting a Tiger Driver for the win.

The winner of the Owen Hart Foundation Men’s Tournament Finals Match, “The Aerial Assassin” Will Ospreay!

After the match, Ospreay stands in silence for a moment as we see Strickland head to the corner after taking a hard loss. Ospreay then walks over for a chat, though it’s unclear what he tells his rival and opponent. Ospreay is then presented with the trophy and title belt by the Death Riders as Strickland takes his leave up the ramp. Claudio Castagnoli and Jon Moxley then lift Will Ospreay up on their shoulders as we get pyro for the Owen winner, with a graphic noting that Ospreay is heading to Wembley Stadium for All In and his shot at the AEW World Championship. The Death Riders then take their leave through the crowd, allowing Ospreay to celebrate with Alex Windsor. The couple then walk up the ramp and Windsor leaves to let Ospreay take in his moment one more time as Forbidden Door comes to a close.
