AEW Collision Results (9/12/26): Live Match Updates and Highlights
The show opens up with an in memoriam to Andy Williams. We then go inside the venue with the fans chanting Butcher. Tony Schiavone then welcomes us to the show. The ring is then shown with a flower wreath with his picture and a guitar in the ring. AEW then honors Andy Williams with a ten-bell salute. Tony then thanks the fans as the fans chant Butcher.
Brody King, Penelope Ford, Jeff Jarrett, Colt Cabana, Justin Roberts and Kip Sabian then talk about “The Butcher” Andy Williams.
Tony Schiavone, Nigel McGuinness and Paul Wight also talk about the legacy of The Butcher, a man who according to them made them want to be better human beings. We then get a “Thank you Butcher” chant from the fans.
We then get a full rundown of the matches tonight.
Jon Moxley then makes his way down to the ring for the first match of the night and Mike Bailey follows.
AEW Continental Championship Eliminator Match: The Death Riders’ AEW Continental Champion Jon Moxley vs. “Speedball” Mike Bailey
The match starts off with Jon Moxley and Mike Bailey wrestling to a brief stalemate. Bailey then offers a fist bump and Moxley attempts to pull him into a sternum stretch. Moxley then can’t keep Bailey from getting to the ropes and it’s a feeling-out process. Moxley then avoids a handspring back kick from Bailey, but a running hurricanrana sends him to the floor. He then walks off, a bit frustrated, but calms down before entering the ring again. A body slam to Bailey then sets Moxley up for a headscissor hold. Moxley then transitions into a modified STF, pulling at Bailey’s nose before attempting to break his fingers.
Bailey then breaks away and gets to the rope for a missile dropkick. Bailey then hits a series of kicks, but Moxley avoids his running shooting star press. Moxley then chases Bailey to the floor and ends up injuring himself when Bailey sends his knee into the steps. A springboard enziguiri off the apron then rocks Moxley and Bailey follows it up with a springboard tornillo, laying Moxley out. We are then told there are ten minutes left in this match. A big roundhouse kick then rocks Moxley, but it’s Bailey who crashes to the mat first. Both men are now back on their feet and Bailey avoids some jabs, but Moxley catches him in a hammerlock and sends him down to the mat with some knees to the gut.
Moxley then transitions from a hammerlock into a rear naked choke. Bailey then rolls back for a close two count. Bailey then hits a dragon screw on Moxley and follows it up with a big penalty kick and a standing shooting star knee drop to the sternum for a near fall. A dragon screw in the ropes then sets Moxley up for a sweep on the apron, giving Bailey the perfect opportunity for another Shooting Star Press knee drop on the apron. Back in the ring, just as the 5-minute warning hits, Moxley avoids the Ultima Weapon, though another kicking combo sets up a backslide pin for a two count. A cutter then catches Bailey, but Moxley’s knee gives out when going for the Paradigm Shift as Bailey goes limp.
A roundhouse to the back of the head then rocks Moxley. Bailey then hits another Shooting Star Press and Moxley kicks out. Bailey then immediately goes for a leg bar and Moxley has to get to the ropes to break it. A Paradigm Shift then spikes Bailey, but Bailey kicks out and catches Moxley with back-to-back pinfall attempts. Moxley then hits a Curb Stomp and follows it up with a Paradigm Shift for the win.

After the match, Moxley looks down at Bailey as Marina Shafir enters the ring, handling Moxley the Continental Title Belt.
We then see Mercedes Moné walking in the backstage area.

The Rascalz then make their way down to the ring for the next match of the night and their opponents are already in the ring.
Trios Match: The Rascalz (Myron Reed, Dezmond Xavier and Zachary Wentz) vs. Aaron Solo, Nick Comoroto and Griff Garrison
The match starts off with The Rascalz tearing apart Aaron Solo before Nick Comoroto tags in. Wentz then hits a leaping kick. Reed then hits a roundhouse kick. Xavier then hits a Cardiac Kick to send Comoroto to the floor. The Rascalz then hit a Hot Fire Flame on Solo for the win.

Daniel Garcia then talks about The Butcher and says Andy Williams gave him his nickname and he was the first person you’d want to call when things went well or when things went poorly. Willow Nightingale then calls him a big rockstar who came to wrestling but had no ego as he helped Willow more than he probably ever knew and she hopes he’s remembered for the great person he was. PAC then gives a few words and it’s clear he’s struggling to get through this. PAC says Andy was one of a kind, too good for this world and he’ll miss him forever.
At the commentary desk, Tony Schiavone promotes the Butcher Battle Royale for later tonight.
The music of Mercedes Moné then hits as the fans chant CEO. The AEW Women’s World Champion then makes her way down to the ring to be on commentary for the next match of the night and commentary gives her a standing ovation.
Mina Shirakawa then makes her way down to the ring for the next match of the night and Queen Aminata follows.
Singles Match (AEW Women’s World Champion “The CEO” Mercedes Moné on Commentary): Mina Shirakawa vs. Queen Aminata
The match starts off with both women locking up. Standing switch from Aminata on Shirakawa. Aminata then works on the left arm of Shirakawa. Shirakawa then takes down Aminata. Shirakawa then showboats and Aminata rolls her up for a two count. Shirakawa then puts a headlock on Aminata. Both women then run the ropes as Aminata takes down Shirakawa with a shoulder tackle. We then get a slug fest between both women. Shirakawa is then taken down by Aminata. Shirakawa is then snapped over. Aminata then covers Shirakawa for a two count. Shirakawa then grabs Aminata, dropping her. Shirakawa then leaps over the rope, landing on Aminata for only a two count. Aminata then rolls to the floor as Shirakawa hits a crossbody off the top rope.
Aminata then hits Shirakawa with a running boot in the corner. Aminata then kicks out of a pin after a Glamorous Driver. A headbutt then sends Shirakawa into the ropes. She then counters Off With Her Head by kicking the knee and transitions to a Figure-4 Leg Lock. Aminata then breaks out once, but is trapped in the middle of the ring on the second attempt. She then drags towards the ropes and gets to the bottom, forcing the break. Another Figure 4 is countered as Aminata gets Shirakawa in an inside cradle for the win.

After the match, both women hug and point to the ceiling, with their tribute to Andy Williams.
We then head to the back, where the Dogs are upset that Gabe Kidd is with the Death Riders. They talk about how they have some issues to handle on their own, but Gabe continues to hang with Moxley’s group over his own. Moxley then shows up to Clark Connors and tells him he doesn’t do favors or babysit. Moxley then says he shows everyone what hard work can do. Moxley then says people pay their hard-earned money for a show and they deserve every single thing that wrestlers have. Moxley then says The Dogs can whine, they can complain or they can go out there and dog walk the Bang Bang Gang.
Jay White then makes his way down to the ring for the next match of the night with Bang Bang Gang and Adam Priest is already in the ring.
Singles Match: Bang Bang Gang’s “Switchblade” Jay White vs. Adam Priest
The match starts off with both men locking up. Jay White then puts Adam Priest in a modified Indian death lock. Priest then breaks free and hits a dragon screw on White into the corner. Priest then hits White with a German suplex. White then runs in for a clothesline, but Priest counters with a neckbreaker and follows it up with a DDT for a two count. White then fights back and tries to mount a come back. White then hits Priest with a Bladerunner for the win.

After the match, Jay White calls out The Dogs and The Death Riders before dedicating his win to Andy Williams. White then says, “Let’s make this loud for Andy! Guns Up!”
PAC and The Dogs then make their way down to the ring for the next match of the night.
8-Man Tag Team Match: Bang Bang Gang (Austin Gunn, Colten Gunn, Juice Robinson and Ace Austin) vs. The Death Riders’ “The Bastard” PAC and The Dogs (Gabe Kidd, David Finlay and Clark Connors)
The match starts off with an eight-man brawl. The Bang Bang Gang then takes out David Finlay and Juice Robinson hits him with a cannonball in the corner. The action then continues to the outside. Back in the ring, Colten Gunn hits Clark Connors with a Full Nelson Slam for a near fall. The 3:10 to Yuma is then stopped thanks to Gabe Kidd. David Finlay then hits Austin with a uranage backbreaker. Colten then takes him out, but is rocked by Gabe Kidd. Juice Robinson then nails Gabe Kidd and David Finlay with a series of jabs. Clark Connors then eats a big left from Juice Robinson, but an enziguiri hammers him. Ace Austin is then dumped on his head with a German suplex/clothesline combination.
We then get another brawl with all eight men. Juice and Finlay then go to the floor. The Gunns then get rid of The Dogs. Ace Austin then hits a Fosbury Flop on the Floor, setting up the 3:10 to Yuma on Clark and Finlay barely breaks it up. PAC then trips Austin up as he goes for the Fameasser, setting up a double slam from Finlay and Kidd. Clark then hits Austin with a huge spear for the win.

Chuck Taylor then talks about Andy Williams and says he is the coolest guy he’s ever met. Taylor then says Every Time I Die was his favorite band in college and it was a gift to be his friend. Darius Martin then says Andy was a leader to the locker room, but even more so, a wonderful friend. Roderick Strong, in tears, then laughs about how he and Andy bumbled through their early days in the ring, not knowing what they were doing, but loving it all the while. Christopher Daniels and Lee Moriarty then call him a beacon, the kind of man you’d want in that locker room and the kind of friend you’d want to have your back. Kyle O’Reilly then says the wrestling world won’t be the same and they were blessed to know him.
Tony Schiavone then has a written message from Andy Williams’ longtime tag partner and fellow former AEW star The Blade. The Blade was with Andy the night he passed away and wanted to thank the fans and All Elite for honoring his friend.
The message says, “Andy was the most talented person that I ever met. I think we can all agree that he was an even better friend. Andy loved pro wrestling, and he loved the fans. Thanks to everybody for the support, and thank you to everybody at AEW for this event. We love you, Andy.”
Tommaso Ciampa then cuts a promo backstage. Ciampa says it’s been an incredible 2026 for him in Collision. Ciampa then says after an incredible first All In for him he’s ready to go all up. Ciampa then says he’ll see us in Chicago.
The New Level then make their way down to the ring and join the commentary desk for the next match of the night. The Lethal Twist then make their way down to the ring for the next match of the night and The Conglomeration follow.
Trios Match (AEW World Trios Champions The New Level on Commentary): ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Champions The Lethal Twist (Jay Lethal, “Vanilla Baby” Blake Christian and “Big Shotty” Lee Johnson) vs. The Conglomeration (Roderick Strong, “Freshly Squeezed” Orange Cassidy and Kyle O’Reilly)
The match starts off with Orange Cassidy and Jay Lethal locking up. Cassidy is then pushed to the ropes. We then get a clean break. Lethal then goes after Cassidy, but he ducks. The action then goes to the floor. Lethal then slams Cassidy against the ring apron. Lethal then goes to jaw at Austin Creed, but is nailed by Roderick Strong from behind. Cassidy and Lee Johnson are now in the ring. The Lethal Twist then triple team Cassidy in the ring. Strong is in and he nails Lethal in the back. He then hits Lethal with a backbreaker. Kyle O’Reilly and Strong then double team Lethal. The Lethal Twist are now dominating Cassidy. Cassidy’s Stundog Millionaire is then countered as Johnson hits him with a snapdragon suplex.
The Stundog Millionaire then stuns Lethal, allowing Cassidy to tag out to O’Reilly. O’Reilly then lights up Lethal, Johnson and Christian one-on-three. An armbar on Lethal then transitions to an ankle lock, but Christian breaks it up with a superkick to O’Reilly. Strong then tags in, sending Cassidy into each member of The Lethal Twist. Johnson then hits Strong with a reverse DDT and drives a diving Cassidy into his own partner. Lethal’s King’s Elbow then hits, but it only gets a near fall. Strong then sends Cassidy into Christian and Johnson for a double DDT. Strong then counters the Lethal Injection, turning Lethal inside out with the Sick Kick. Strong then hits an End of Heartache for the win.

After the match, The New Level gives a standing ovation to The Conglomeration and says that Roderick Strong should be happy as he points to them. Strong then leaves the ring.
We then get a vignette featuring Divine Dominion and they ask how stupid can The Brawling Birds be.
Daniel Garcia, Claudio Castagnoli and Wheeler Yuta then make their way down to the ring for the main event of the night. Don Callis Family, SkyFlight and more men follow.
The Butcher Battle Royale ($100,000 Donated To Charity Of Winner’s Choice In Andy Williams’ Name)
The match starts off with Mortos hammering AR Fox and sending Top Flight crashing around the ring with various throws. Fox then responds with a hurricanrana. Mortos then counters a tornado DDT and launches AR Fox to the floor, eliminating him. Eddie Kingston and Claudio Castagnoli are now brawling and beating the hell out of each other. Ortiz is then battered by Castagnoli and Wheeler Yuta while Daniel Garcia keeps Kingston in the corner. A series of running strikes then hammer Ortiz off the top rope and they dump him to the floor to eliminate him. Kingston then meets a similar fate, but he counters Yuta’s clothesline and eliminates him.
Mortos is then eliminated by Top Flight, who catch him flying into the ropes and toss him overhead. Jake Doyle is then eliminated. Lance Archer then dumps Darius Martin to the floor to while Castagnoli sends Darius over the ropes on the other side, eliminating both Top Flight members. Castagnoli and Archer then clash as Paul Wight reminds us that Castagnoli once tossed him over the ropes to win a battle royal. Castagnoli then escapes a chokeslam from Archer and swings him around with a Giant Swing. A clothesline then sends Archer to the floor. Josh Alexander then immediately tries to eliminate Castagnoli, but he’s saved by Danny Garcia.
Castagnoli then meets Eddie Kingston again in the middle of the ring. They then trade strikes, but Castagnoli hits him with a takedown and another Giant Swing. Kingston then stumbles, but lowers the ropes as Castagnoli runs in, putting him on the apron. Uriken then rocks Castagnoli and Kingston eliminates him. Alexander then dumps Kingston. We are down to the final two as Daniel Garcia faces Josh Alexander. Both men then trade blows. Garcia then gets the best of Alexander and hammers him against the ropes with repeated clotheslines. Alexander then ducks a clothesline and hits a German suplex and a C4 Spike. Alexander then dumps Garcia over the ropes and Garcia hangs on. Garcia then blocks a running clothesline and pulls Alexander over the top to the apron. A boot then rocks Alexander. Garcia then rolls back in and bounces off the opposite ropes for a huge Busaiku Knee to eliminate Alexander for the win.

After the match, one of Williams’ guitars is presented to Garcia. He then pulls a sign from the crowd that says, “Rest in Peace, Andy.” Garcia then leaves the sign and guitar in the ring as he joins the Death Riders on the floor to hug it out, celebrate and weep. We are then shown an awesome video package highlighting the wrestling and musical career of the “Every Time I Die” rhythm guitarist. The crowd then gives us a huge “Andy” chant as the wrestlers and commentators pile up on the entrance ramp. The Butcher’s music then plays out one last time as we fade to black and the show comes to a close.
