Octagón Jr. suffered a scary neck injury during the Fatal 5-Way match at AAA Noche de los Grandes, forcing officials to stop and remove him from the match on a stretcher.
The incident happened during the taping for Week Two of AAA Noche de los Grandes in Monterrey. Octagón Jr. landed badly after taking a DDT from the highest point of the top rope with Joaquín Wilde, leaving him down on the mat as the match continued around him.
The situation quickly turned serious, as the referee threw up the X sign to call for medical help. Octagón Jr. was then stretchered out while his neck was immobilized, making it clear there was real concern over his condition.
