WWE superstar Bronson Reed is on the road to recovery after undergoing surgery for a broken foot sustained during Survivor Series 2024. However, the procedure wasn’t as straightforward as initially anticipated. According to Bryan Alvarez of Wrestling Observer Radio, the surgery turned out to be more complicated than expected once doctors began the operation.

“I want to wish the best to Bronson Reed, who underwent foot surgery,” Alvarez shared. “Looking like it’s gonna be many months of recovery. And, I mean, the only thing I heard was, like, it was one of those things where, like, it was more complicated than they thought when they went in there. But apparently, they got it all done, and he’s on the road to recovery, so all the best to him.”

Reed’s injury occurred during the WarGames match at Survivor Series, where he was representing Solo Sikoa’s Bloodline. In a high-risk moment, Reed attempted a tsunami off the cage onto Roman Reigns but landed awkwardly, resulting in the severe injury.

The RAW superstar has been in Birmingham, Alabama, for surgery and shared updates with fans on social media. From his hospital bed, Reed posted, “On the road to f*ck shit up!” signaling his determination to return stronger.

This injury comes at a difficult time for Reed, who had been building momentum as a dominant monster heel on RAW. Known for his destruction and havoc in the ring, his path to becoming a top star has been temporarily halted.

Now, with surgery successfully completed, albeit more complex than planned, Reed faces months of recovery and rehabilitation.
