The ending to the July 3 edition of AEW Dynamite’s special event, Beach Break, saw MJF return to its roots with a shocking conclusion that had the fans buzzing over the actions of The Salt of the Earth.

MJF was at ringside to support Daniel Garcia in his scheduled match against Will Ospreay for the AEW International Championship. The enthralling main event for the show had the fans glued to their seat, with both competitors putting a stellar showdown.

However, despite Garcia coming close to dethroning Will Ospreay, ultimately, The Aerial Assassin triumphed over him to retain his championship. But before he exited the ring, Ospreay showed huge respect for Daniel Garcia’s performance.

Right after, MJF came into the ring to congratulate his friend on his match. However, in a shocking turn of events, MJF launched a brutal assault on Daniel Garcia, delivering huge blows and laying him beaten and bloodied in the middle of the ring. Moreover, MJF even knocked down officials who tried to stop him and escaped the ring as soon as Will Ospreay came back.

The ending of the show saw Daniel Garcia being taken out on a stretcher as MJF left the arena through the audience and will address the situation in the upcoming edition of AEW Collision.
