Since his return to WWE earlier this year, The Rock has been on an impressive run, with his heel persona receiving critical acclaim as one of the finest performances of his career. Despite taking a break from WWE, he has remained busy with various other projects. Recently, he confirmed that he has finished filming for “Moana 2.”
Although The Rock’s time with WWE concluded after WrestleMania 40, his contributions were impactful, and fans continue to appreciate the essential role he played in WWE programming during his return.
The Great One took to his Instagram and uploaded a few photos of himself during a recording session for ‘Moana 2’ as he confirmed that he wrapped filming for his role as Maui in the movie.
”That’s an official wrap (for now) on MAUI’s portion of our upcoming MOANA 2 🎬🎼🌊🪝 As you see I had the greatest motivation to help me push thru to keep me strong 😉❤️ The more down this windy road of life I go, the more I realize that my greatest and most comforting inspiration and joy, is being loved by my daughters. If you weren’t aware, The Rock is set to act in the live-action remake of ‘Moana’ as well. Nonetheless, it remains to be seen how both movies will turn out, as it still might be while until The Rock makes his WWE return.
