Grayson Waller Acknowledges The Rock As The Reason Wrestling Is Cool Again

The buzz around the success of WrestleMania 40 is still in the air and there are numerous reasons for the massive festivities. However, one of the biggest reasons among them is the return of the Rock in 2024 and his story alongside Roman Reigns, culminating into two of the best main event matches in the history of the company. 

While The Rock’s return and his contribution in making WrestleMania success has been acknowledged by many, some have still criticised him for doing nothing but steal the spotlight. However, the WWE Tag Team Champion Grayson Waller isn’t one of them. 

The Dynamite from Down Under appeared in recent interview with Ten Count Media where he addressed The Rock’s return to WWE. Waller accepted that wrestling was cool again because of the Brahma Bull and gave him all the flowers for the success of the Grandest Stage of them All. 

“I think it’s fantastic and I think the results of WrestleMania kind of attest to the star power that the Rock has just because I’m the kind of guy who I’m always gonna throw barbs at the best I don’t normally punch down usually I like punching at the top and I think it it’s been proven that the Rock is one of the best because I’ve had so many people from my family my friends messaging me that they’re back into wrestling because the Rock is there and I think wrestling being cool again is probably because of him coming back.”

The Rock’s return to WWE did turn things around for the company and made things a lot better than they initially were. It won’t be a surprise if he makes a return to the company once again in the near future and it results in massive numbers.
