Gunther had dominated the entire WWE landscape for over 600+ days as the longest-reigning WWE Intercontinental Champion of all time. After the events of RAW this week, Gunther declared that Imperium has truly moved on from Giovanni Vinci.

Last week on RAW, the wrestling world witnessed a shocking moment of betrayal when Ludwig Kaiser, a member of Imperium, viciously attacked his fellow stablemate Giovanni Vinci. This brutal assault effectively removed Vinci from Imperium and created a significant rift within the faction.

Following this unexpected turn of events, a backstage clip was posted on social media, capturing Adam Pearce confronting Ludwig Kaiser about his actions. Pearce told Kaiser to get his checkbook ready, indicating that substantial fine was imminent due to the unprovoked assault on Vinci.

During this week’s RAW, Gunther and Ludwig Kaiser were the first round draft picks for the red brand. While speaking on RAW talk after the show, Gunther was asked about Imperium no longer having Vinci. Gunther made it clear they have moved on from him and he is more focused on winning the King of The Ring.

“In Imperium, we don’t look at the past. We look at the here, and now. And the here and now is the Ring General will become the next King of the Ring.”

We will have to wait and see whether The Ring General will be able to win the King of The Ring tournament, as fans would love to see him becoming the King of The Ring winner as well.
